Story
Hi! My name is Spring. I’m a pit mix, 2 years old (Born: December 2021), 45 lbs, & I have a fawn/white coloring. Similar to my name, I’ve definitely got springs in my feet! I’m always runnin’ & jumpin’ around like crazy! I’m a hyper girl who’s more on the high-strung side, but I’m an absolute sweet & loving girl once I get comfortable around you! I won’t lie though, I have my issues. I’ve had some aggression towards other dogs & cats, (but I've improved on that drastically over time!) I’m scared of most strangers I meet, & like I said, I’m just a high-strung girl! I definitely will need to go to a home with a patient owner who’s willing to put a lot of work into handling a girl like me, & keep up with it. Sure, I may not be a perfect dog right off the bat, but if you’re willing to give a shot to a little girl who’s had a tough time finding the right place & want to help make her life better, I’m well worth the effort! I actually just recently went through a professional month long board & train course, so I'm doing better than ever! I promise if you give me a chance to show how loving of a dog I truly am, you won't regret your choice! I’m up to date on shots, spayed, chipped, & ready to go! My adoption fee has also been sponsored! If you’re looking to put a Spring in your step, & every step you’ll ever take after, come check me out sometime! Venmo: RRARHIBBING

Story
As most of you know, this is Luna! She a 1.75 (Born May 2022) mixed breed at 70 lbs, & she has a tan/white coloring. We had a home lined up for her, but unfortunately that ended up falling through. For those who don’t know, she was adopted from us back in December, & got away from her owner at the time & was on the run for a full 5 weeks. We caught her again on January 29th, & she’s been with us again since then. She’s been health checked, everything is still good, & she’s readjusted well to the shelter again, being even more comfortable than she was the first time around! (She probably realized that maybe it’s not so bad here after all she went through. 😅). Luna did come from a tough background, so she has a very hard time trusting new people. She’s one who will require a lot of extra time & effort to own, at least at first, but it will still take much more patience in the long run to work with her than most dogs. & she ABSOLUTELY can’t be off leash, at least for a very, very long time. Even when inside of a fence. If she gets away from you, there’s a high chance you’ll never see her again, no exaggeration whatsoever. She’s lived with other dogs her size (her brother) & done fine, but she has k!ll3d a cat before, so she doesn’t do well with them, & it’s unknown how she would act towards small dogs or other small animals either. She does have mostly Husky in her blood, so she’s got plenty of stubborn little quirks! One thing for sure though, once she does feel comfortable & safe with you, she will LOVE you more than any dog you’ve ever met in your life! She is so cuddly, affectionate, & caring. The bond you share with her will be like nothing you’ve had with a dog before. She steals hearts, plain & simple. If you’re interested in adopting her & are willing to put in the hours it will take & truly be calm & patient with her, give us a call at 218-262-1900 & we can discuss further! Hopefully this next home will be her forever this time! 🤞🏼❤️🐶 Venmo: RRARHIBBING
