Good with dogs, Needs experienced adopter,
Story
Located in Tennessee but can be transported to you through Rescue Riders. This girl was brought in with babies when her owner couldn't take care of her. She was not socialized very well so will need some work. She will need a very patient person to get her to come out of her shell. She was kept outside so she has no house manners, nor has she been with cats. She does do well with dogs her size and seems to like to play with them. She deserves a new chance to be a loved dog and companion. She will take a lot of time and investment but deserves a chance!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.     Bagel is a 1y., 38-lb pocket-sized cutie with a delightful mix of Chihuahua, Dachshund , Labrador, AND Pitbull! He is the doggy definition of an Everything Bagel. He starts out a little shy, but give him a moment and you’ll discover a loyal, snuggly sidekick who loves his people with his whole heart. Bagel is one of our  long-term fosters and deserves to find his forever. *Click through his photos for DNA results!* Personality: Shy at first, but when he opens up he's playful, sweet, eager to learn, and full of teenage puppy zest! Bagel is an active boy who loves adventures and is happiest when he’s exploring with his humans. Best Home: Bagel would thrive with another confident dog to help show him the world isn’t so scary. A secure yard is a bonus—he’s a certified zoomie enthusiast! Favorite Things: Tug toys, stuffies, balls, chew bones, sticks, playful dog siblings, and ALL the goofy games. If it’s fun, Bagel is all in. Foster Notes: Bagel currently lives with multiple dogs and lots of humans. He’s still finding his confidence with new people (expect some “hello” barks), but he’s learning quickly and blossoming beautifully. Walks? Yes! Park trips? Absolutely! Helping the humans socialize? He’s working on it. Special Considerations: Bagel is a sensitive pup who needs slow, positive introductions. Patience and consistency are key—he bonds deeply once he feels safe. Ready to win over this adorable underdog and be part of his glow-up? Bagel can’t wait to meet his forever family! Bagel is currently being fostered in S. Minneapolis. If you would like to learn more about Bagel, please submit an interest form on our website:  https://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/ If you are viewing this listing on PETFINDER there is often MORE INFO ON and MORE PICS OF the animal DIRECTLY ON OUR WEBSITE. redemptionroad.mn@gmail.com Follow us on Facebook & Instagram! https://www.facebook.com/RedemptionRoadRescue/ @RedemptionRoadRescueMN *Adoption fee for Bagel is $595+ MN tax* All animals fully vetted appropriate for age: neutered, distemper vaccine series, lepto vaccine series, rabies vaccine, 4DX test (negative),  microchipped with lifetime registration, dewormed, flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention.  *Since we typically don't know a rescue dogs actual genetics, their breed and estimated size when grown on their bio is just an educated guess based on information and observations we have.*  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 18, 2026, 9:00 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thank you for stopping by to see me!  Please fill out an application to set up  a private meeting.  Cozy is a small, sweet, and sensitive little guy who lives up to his name—once he trusts you, he becomes the cuddliest companion you could ask for. He’s shy with new people at first, but he absolutely adores other dogs of all sizes and really blossoms with a confident canine friend by his side. He’ll need another dog in his forever home to help him feel safe and supported. Cozy loves toys, fetch, and zooming around the house with his favorite squeakies. He’s playful, goofy, and intelligent, and once he warms up, he’s eager to please and happy to snuggle right into your lap. He enjoys Greenies, soft treats, cheese, and carrots, and he’s motivated by gentle encouragement. He’s doing well with potty training on a schedule, though he may have a one&#226&#128&#145time accident when adjusting to a brand&#226&#128&#145new home. He’s not leash trained yet and can be fearful of new things, so he must have a secure fenced yard to safely explore and burn off energy. He’s also not crate trained and may bark or take time to settle if confined. Cozy is sensitive to overwhelming commotion and will do best in a calmer home with older or considerate kids. He’s great with cats, wonderful with dogs, and friendly with adults once he feels comfortable. He’s cold&#226&#128&#145sensitive and appreciates warm blankets, cozy spots, and lots of reassurance. Cozy is a cutie who needs time, patience, and a gentle environment to feel safe—but once he opens up, he becomes a loyal, loving companion for life. He’s the kind of dog who bonds deeply and brings so much joy to the people he trusts. Please note that some of our dogs are obtained from shelters, surrendered to our care, or released from breeders. Each animal's bio is based on our experience of the animal within our care, an educated guess based on physical characteristics, temperament and information shared. Each dog receives basic grooming when coming into rescue, but for some dogs they have not received grooming attention until recently and grooming may be required shortly after adoption. This will be at the adopter’s expense, so we encourage you to research the breed and be prepared for grooming expenses. Underdog cannot guarantee hypoallergenic or non-shedding qualities of any dogs in our rescue. Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans. In turn, they require another companion dog and/or a fenced in yard in their forever home in order for them to feel safe. If you are interested in a particular dog whose bio states those needs and do not currently have them, please understand that your home might not be the right fit. Please use the filter on our Adoptable Dogs page to find the perfect match for your home.    ***Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our emails end up there***Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.If you have other questions about me you can email Underdog Rescue at <inquiries@underdogrescuemn.com> ADOPTION EVENTS:      Adoption events are updated at the top of each dogs animals' as their foster home signs up. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thank you for stopping by to see me!  Please fill out an application to set up  a private meeting.  Pearla is a sweet and spunky 3-year-old Chiweenie weighing in at about 18 pounds. She’s adjusting beautifully in her foster home and is ready to find a forever family who will appreciate her playful nature and adventurous spirit. Pearla absolutely loves her toys and is happiest when she has something appropriate to chew on. She’s a curious girl who gets excited about walks, greeting her people when they come home, and exploring new places. She thrives with activity and stimulation, so she would do best in a home that can give her regular opportunities to play, explore, and stay engaged. She’s fully potty trained and does her business outside like a pro. Pearla is also good with children under 12 and shows respectful behavior around cats. She enjoys the company of other dogs and will need to be placed in a home with a canine companion to help her feel secure and supported. Pearla can be a little overwhelmed by loud or chaotic environments and tends to bark at strangers outside the home, but she’s making great progress as she settles in. While she’s still a work in progress on the leash, she’s improving every day and enjoys her outdoor time, especially in a fenced yard where she can move freely. This charming little dog has a lot of love to give and will thrive in a home where she’s included in daily life and given the outlets she needs to stay active and happy. She is a loyal, joyful companion who’s ready to meet her perfect match.
