Fluff is a happy, playful girl who doesn't let doing things a little differently slow her down. Our veterinarian said she's hard of hearing and possibly deaf but she has not had an official hearing diagnosis. What we do know is that Fluff loves being around other dogs, enjoys learning, and has already started figuring out how to communicate with her people in ways that work for her.
She's learning her first hand signals and picking up new skills as she goes. She's also just getting started with leash training, while making great progress with her potty routine. She sleeps through the night without accidents and is learning to settle in her crate. She's still a young dog, so her training is very much a work in progress, but she's a willing and enthusiastic student.
When she's not learning, Fluff is all about having fun. She loves playing tug, running around the yard with her foster brothers, and wrestling with just about any doggy friend she meets. She's playful, social, and always ready for the next adventure. She does best with another dog in her forever home and would love a family that will continue giving her opportunities to play, learn, and explore.
Because Fluff is deaf or very hard of hearing, her family will need to be comfortable communicating through hand signals, visual cues, touch, and other methods rather than relying on verbal commands. She's already showing us how capable she is of learning, and we want her forever family to be excited about continuing that work with her.
