Tess is a very pretty cat approx 6-8 years old. She can be a little shy around new people but is affectionate once she warms up. She is active and likes to play with toys. She has a lot of curiosity about what her foster mom and other cats are doing. Tess comes up to her foster mom for attention and pets. She is a pretty calm, laid back cat but sometimes gets annoyed with the kittens at her foster home. She does ok with the adult cats. Tess would make a great companion for someone who is home most of the day who can shower her with love.

She came to rescue as a stray and was tested positive for feline leukemia. She has been vaccinated and spayed and is now needing a forever home. She has been totally healthy and a very sweet girl. She must be an only cat, live with other positive cats, or live with cats that are vaccinated against feline leukemia. If you can open your home to her, let me know. Billy and Buttercup, what a cool looking pair!, lost their home a few years ago when their owner went to a Nursing Home. They found help from the local Humane Society and had a permanent foster home, or so they thought. Just a couple weeks ago, that foster home said they could no longer care for them and asked for them to be moved to an adoptive home. They are a bonded pair, devoted to each other and are looking for a home together. The cat's adoption fee is $100 EACH, to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
