Story
My name is Gizmo and I am a 1-2 year old, long haired Domestic boy that is as handsome as they come.  I am a lover and I will promise to  be the one that greets you when you come home from being away. I will cuddle and do sweet head butts with you and will rub up against your leg to let you know that I am there for you.  I am FIV+, but that is just a label. I am healthy and plan on staying that way for a very long time. My friends at Critter Cavalry have attach some information with my pictures so you will know what it means to be FIV+. So if you are looking for a handsome fluffy guy who will love you for a long time …. IT IS ME!! Please email Critter Cavalry at ccrnewengland@gmail.com Our vetting is extensive: Spay, rabies, FIV vaccine, FIV tested and negative, fecal and dewormings and a Drontal  and microchipped. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.September 30, 2023, 4:11 pm

Story
Hi my name is Totoro.  I am a super sweet little boy who is a bit on the shy side.  I am more a sit on the sideline guy who likes to watch what is going on.  I do like to play but am not as rambunctious as my siblings.  Mellow me would rather have all your attention.  I would rather snuggle up to you and soak that in.  I do though like the companionship of my siblings and friend.  I am great with all the 4 legged creatures here and I love my foster mom!  She took such good care of me when I was abandoned as a tiny baby.  I am almost finished with my vetting and will then be ready to go to my forever home.  I would love a home with one of my siblings or friends but it you already have a little kitty I will be fine with that.  I just would not be good as an only kitty.  To be considered for my forever family and to request an application please contact Vivienne at viviennejames@comcast.net.  APPROVED APPLICATION AND ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.  (Dart is actually in Tennessee but can be transported north upon adoption.)September 30, 2023, 4:11 pm

Story
Hi my name is Harris because I was dumped on Harris St in Nashville.  However I like Harry better.  It was kinda scary but at least my 'lovely' owners had the decency to let me out near a vet clinic.  Funny (not so funny) thing is that someone else had just put a box on the porch of the vet clinic containing another orange kitty.  Evidently they had just moved as the box had kitchen written on the top.  Kitchen has been adopted by a former employee and I am in a great foster home with Critter Cavalry.  I am now ready to fine my forever home.  I am 3 years old and I weigh 8 lbs.  I am a big fluffy guy but not as big as some of us orange cats can get.  I have really enjoyed being in my foster home.  I was very scared at first.  Now I am a confident and very loving boy who gets along well with everyone.  I especially love my people and am all up for cuddles and petting time.  If you are an orange tabby fan then you have found the purrfect buddy to join your family.  I have been neutered and am current on all my shots and microchipped.  To be considered for my forever family and to request an application please contact Vivienne at viviennejames@comcast.net.   APPROVED APPLICATION AND ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.  (Harry is currently in Tennessee but can be transported north upon adoption.)September 30, 2023, 4:11 pm

Not good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Got cat as a kitten in 2018 from a foster care facility in PA. She uses litterbox and is spayed, but is behind on her shots by a few years. She never did adapt well with myself and the other cat we have, but bonded with my mother, who passed in 2020. She is very attention-craving, albeit nervous. I will be moving soon and cannot take her with me. She would make a good pet, I believe.

Story
Miss Nevada was brought into AHS as a stray and ready to find a home to relax away her days! Nevada did come to us with some bad teeth and did have a good number of them extracted. Due to this she has preferred canned food while here with us but will occasionally munch on her kibble. She is very friendly and likes to rub up against you as you pet her. Nevada is as sweet as they come and would love to be someone's cuddle buddy in a home! She is very hissy around other cats and seems unsure of them here at the shelter so any other feline friends in the home would need to be slowly introduced. She is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Stop in to Nevada today!
