Story
Beautiful long hair 5 year old boy, fixed, up to date on shots, housebroken. Rafiki is very playful and active. He loves toys and running around the house. He always uses the litter box and does not scratch furniture. I would love to find Rafiki a calm home where he is loved, spoiled. He needs to be the only pet in the home, he gets nervous around children.

Story
Loki is an incredibly affectionate cat. He is the definition of a lap cat. He is loyal, calm, and loving. He likes to jump up on the couch or on shelves, but is otherwise very relaxed. He loves meal time and is very grateful when given treats (he loves the mousse treats most). He is well house trained and never has accidents in the house. He is very timid around other pets, and will run from them and hide until he gets acclimated to them. But he is extremely friendly to people, great with kids. He adores head scratches and his laser pointer. We rather have someone adopt him directly, than send him to a shelter. Please consider adopting him. He is the best and I will miss him very much. Thank you!

Story
Foxy Lady! She's gorgeous, she's full of personality and she's going to judge you! Seriously, that face is saying "are you worthy to be my best friend?" Foxy has distinguished taste which often means it takes her a bit to decide if she likes you but once she does, she's a snuggly sweetheart. Foxy isn't just a pretty face, she's silly and fun to be around too! She can flip a switch and decide she's got better things to do than hang out, so no sensitive adopters that don't understand a choosy kitty that doesn't need your validation. Foxy Lady has done very well in her foster home, finding cozy places to chill, sunny spots to sprawl out and the occasional kitty friend to interact with. Foxy does have a sensitive stomach so we will share all of our tips on a food that agrees with her to avoid any issues! Children and dogs not recommended in Foxy's future home. To be considered as a potential adopter, complete an adoption application. Completing the application does not guarantee it will be approved. We are an all volunteer group and unfortunately are unable to answer every phone call, adoption inquiry, or application. Please understand you will be contacted only if your application is approved.

Story
With a name like Chicken Fiesta, you already know he's bringing the party with him! This very round and adorable little dude is sure to make you smile as soon as you meet him. Look at that cute pudgy face!! Chicken Fiesta is a very lucky chicken indeed, as he met the nicest people that he followed home one day and they made sure he could find a wonderful home indoors as he deserves. Chicken Fiesta was clearly not meant to be a community cat and quickly showed his rescuers that inside is the place to be. He is playful, silly, and affectionate! Chicken Fiesta is still learning how to play carefully, so we think a home with an experienced cat family and no small children will be best for this energetic dude. He is not aggressive at all, but seemingly gets overstimulated from touch and will let you know when he's ready to take a break when his playing gets a little overzealous. Someone who has owned young kitties and kittens will be a good fit for Chicken Fiesta to give him the type of toys and stimulation he needs to continue his journey to being the purrfect house cat. We also think a young cat playmate will be awesome for Chicken Fiesta's overall happiness in a new home and would love for his potential applicants to have another friendly cat(s). Make life one big party with Chicken Fiesta! --- Submit an Adoption Application to be considered: https://www.tailshigh.org/home/adoption-application/ Completing the application does not guarantee it will be approved. We are an all volunteer group and unfortunately are unable to answer every phone call, adoption inquiry, or application. Please understand you will be contacted only if your application is approved.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. My name is Simba.  I came to KSC when I lost my long-time owner.  The caregivers here tell me I’m a beautiful girl and give me lots of love and affection.  I look forward to finding a forever home where I can be your one and only with no stress and no other pets or children.  PLEASE NOTE: I was recently diagnosed with diabetes. I am taking a pill for it once a day. I take it like a champ! I also LOVE to be brushed.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. February 11, 2025, 11:55 am
