Story
Senior cat, Dust bunny needs loving home. I adopted him 7 months ago. He doesn't use the litterbox. He soils the carpet more often than using the litterbox. A daily thing. If any experienced adopter who has a big heart and wooden floors/garage has it in them to adopt this sweet old man. Please contact me. Dust bunny is 14 years old. He loves head scratches, is ok being picked up, enjoys watching cat tv and LOVES treats and wet food. :) I wish I could keep him but I have carpet and people in my home that want him gone.

Story
Meet Trix and her adorable brother, Kix – the ultimate tag team, and sweeter than the milk at the bottom of your cereal bowl. Trix, the gray tabby goddess, is a cuddle connoisseur and loves to be the center of attention. With her plush fur and mesmerizing purr, she’s like a warm hug on a chilly day. Trix knows all the best snuggle spots and is always up for a cozy nap in your arms or by your side. She has the cutest “pay attention to me” meow, and in addition to cuddles, loves to play and chase wand toys. And then there’s Kix, the handsome brown tabby with a heart of gold. While he may start off a bit shy, once he warms up to you, he’s an absolute sweetheart. Kix is the epitome of a good boy, with his gentle demeanor and soulful eyes. Just like his sister, he loves to play and be silly, and is highly motivated by food and treats. Other favorite pastimes include supervising the human's chores (even when a vacuum is involved!) and receiving chin scritches. Together, Trix and Kix are a dynamic duo whose personalities complement each other perfectly. Whether they’re chasing each other around, grooming each other with tender care, or simply basking in the sunlight together, their bond is unbreakable. All of our cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, FeLV/FIV tested, FVRCP vaccinated, treated for fleas, dewormed and microchipped. If interested, please submit an application through our website. https://www.andreasdreamrescue.org/adoptionapplication Send us a message through our contact page with which cat you are interested in and we will be happy to set up a meet & greet! https://www.andreasdreamrescue.org/contact

Story
Hello, my name is Francis and I'm a 2 year old, neutered domestic medium hair cat that's looking for a quiet and peaceful home where I can be treated like the prince that I am. I'm a friendly guy that takes time to adjust to my new surroundings. I prefer an adult only home or one with older kids since I can be shy sometimes. Once I'm comfortable, I'm very affectionate and will headbutt you for cheek & neck scratches! For more information about me, just ask Customer Service about Francis!  ID# A944426 This cat tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus).  He/she otherwise appears to be in excellent health.  Cats with FIV can usually live for many years with no medical problems.  Usually at some point however the virus will start to affect them.  The most common thing that happens is that they get sicker than a normal cat would when they get a cold or other condition.  FIV is transmitted almost exclusively via bite wounds. For this reason we recommend that this cat should be an only cat and not be allowed outdoors.  New owner should be prepared to have expenses relating to veterinary care in the future. Please ask to speak with a PHS Veterinarian to learn more about this cat and FIV.Unless otherwise indicated, adoptable animals are located at our Lantos Center for Compassion at 1450 Rollins Road, Burlingame, CA 94010. Please note at this time we are doing adoptions by appointments only. Please call us at 650-340-7022 to schedule an appointment. Our hours are  11am-6pm (closed major holidays). Interested adopters must arrive at least 1 hour before close.  We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available. It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around! To check on an animal's adoption status, please call 650-340-7022 during normal business hours to speak with an adoption counselor. Emails will be returned as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours during busy adoption periods like weekends.May 17, 2024, 12:48 pm
