ADOPTION FEE: $475. This fee INCLUDES spay/neuter and microchip. **Ask me about our many adoption benefits that include free exams, pet insurance, training and other discounts!
ESTIMATE WEIGHT FULL GROWN: 40 pounds.
KNOWN WITH DOGS: Lonnie enjoys wrestling and playing with other dogs his size.
KNOWN WITH CATS: We do not currently know how Lonnie is with cats. If that is needed, let us know and we'll work on getting that information!
KNOWN WITH KIDS: Lonnie has enjoyed meeting many young children while at Homeward Trails, though he can be jumpy when excited.
KNOWN CUES: Working on Sit, Roll Over.
KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING &/OR CRATING: Lonnie goes into his crate with high-value treats. He settles with time though can be excited when things are happening outside.
KNOWN LIKES: Other dogs, exploring, affection, treats, fetch, toys.
KNOWN DISLIKES: Unknown.
ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Lonnie was found as a stray by a rural partner shelter in Tazewell County. He loves pets from his human friends and wrestling with his dog friends, and he plays an excellent game of Fetch!
Lonnie was neutered during his time at Homeward Trails and will be treated for Lyme disease.
