She’ll be spayed and fully vaccinated next week and will be ready to start her new life! Rosie is about 1 year old, 40 lbs. incredibly smart, friendly, and wonderfully social. She loves to play, especially with her puppy pals, enjoys car rides, and simply wants to be by your side. Whether it’s a hike, walk, swim, fun play date, or just relaxing at your feet during movie night, Rosie is happiest being part of the action (or the cuddle time). Our amazing rescuers and donors are generously providing her crate, bedding, food, and other goodies to get her comfortably settled into her forever home. Rosie is fully vaccinated and spayed. Meet Peach! She is an incredible shepherd mix looking for her forever home. At just about 13 months of age she is ready for a long life with her chosen family! Peach is really smart. She is very affectionate with people. Peach allows her tail, ears, paws, etc. to be pet and manipulated - she's ready for those vet appointments! She is super friendly and loves meeting new people and getting them to give her a belly rub! She LOVES to catch a frisbee - she's really good at it, too. Peach is an active girl and will thrive in a home with an individual(s) who is also active and likes taking walks, hiking and playing in the park (think about an hour or more a day of playing and walking with Peach). Peach has had a lot of fantastic opportunities to learn about the world and get acclimated to new places since her rescuer took her in four months ago. She goes to the dog beach, plays frisbee in the park, goes for hour-long walks each night, and visits stores like Home Depot and even the local mall! She is well-mannered in each setting and brings joy everywhere she goes. Everyone wants to say hi to Peach - and that brings her joy, too! She is not very treat motivated but positive praise and reinforcement and playtime with a frisbee are excellent ways to have Peach listening to your cues. She is truly an incredible dog. We can't wait to have you meet her!

Megan is the sweetest girl who came to me in a rescue situation of my own. At the time, her owners were in an ongoing court case to keep Megan due to a new HOA rule. The rule changed to only allow three dogs in the home. Megan was the family’s fourth dog. I offered to foster Megan, and she has been with me since 2023. She is two and half years old now. The family she had loved and adored her. The HOA ruled against the family and I took Megan in permanently. The reason Megan needs a new home is because of the difficulties of keeping her while living and caring for my grandmother who has Advanced Dementia. Megan’s food, training, and care has become a large point of contention with my grandmother and there is not very much I have been able to do to redirect her. Megan is so sweet. She has so much love to give. She needs a steady hand on the leash, she can take advantage of walkers who do not offer her training cues. She is house broke. She loves people, kids, other dogs and the dog park.

Story

Darcy was given to us by a family friend known for breeding. We’ve had her since she was a puppy and is now almost 4 years young! Shes a very spirited and outgoing dog who loves being outdoors so she would highly benefit from a new family who has a yard. We would love to keep her in our family however our hosing situation abruptly changed. In the process of moving from an apartment to a bigger home my husband unfortunately lost his job and we were no longer able to afford our move. We currently live in a small apartment with a very small patio which is not ideal for a larger dog like her. It breaks our hearts that we need to part with her but it hurts us more having her confined to such a small area when she loves being outdoors. Our renting manager has also stated that we are no longer allowed to have pets in our apartment so we have no other choice but to rehome her. Darcy is very friendly and has never had any violent episodes with people, she also loves babies!
