Hi there, I’m Olaf, and just like my namesake, I *love* warm hugs! But, if I’m being honest, I like to take my time getting to know new people first. Once I feel safe, I’m a loyal and loving companion, but slow introductions help me feel comfortable and build trust. My rescue family is helping me gain confidence, and they remind me that even humans sometimes need a little time to warm up—so I think I’m in good company! Oh, and about my ears—apparently, they bounce when I walk! I can’t see it myself, but I hear it’s *ridiculously* cute. When we meet, you’ll have to let me know what you think! I’m an active guy who loves to play ball, go on adventures, and enjoy long walks—especially with a dog buddy by my side. But I also know when it’s time to settle in for belly rubs and snuggles. I’m as playful as I am affectionate, and once you’re in my circle, you’re in for a lifetime of love! I’ve been working on some good manners, like waiting at the door before walks, getting comfy in my crate, and I already know the basics—sit, come, and more. Now, full disclosure—I sometimes *think* I’m a lap dog. I may not be tiny, but I just love being as close as possible to my humans. If full-on lap snuggles aren’t your thing, don’t worry—I’ll happily rest my head on your feet while you relax on the couch. Life is meant to be shared with those you love, and I have *so much* love to give once I know you’re my person! Chyco is about 10 and 1/2 year old , he is an energetic and friendly dog, he has no problem with kid or people. He get a little excited when he see a squirrel and chasing the squirrel on the electrical wire and barking at them . He has a little problem when he encounter another dog he would become very aggressive or excited. He would pull you on the ground the instant he see another dog. So when you walk him you want to avoid meeting other dog on the way.. he is fine when I put him in the dog park together with other dog. He will bark when he hears a firework went off. Other than that he is a good dog and he like to spend time with his owner. He is trained to pee or poo on the grass. He is an outside dog only come inside once in a while. We would like to give him to someone who can take good care of him, he doesn’t have any health problems and he is up to date on the shot. We will not charge you a fee to adopt my dog but you might have to register with the city of Long Beach .

We are currently fostering her but will need someone soon to take over fostering or adopt her. She's living here with her brother Bubba who's are resident dog. Kona belonged to my son, but he had to move to another state, and we are looking for a permanent home for Kona. She's a fast runner and loves to smile. She's house broken, loves to stay clean, and can be a big dork at times. She would do best at home with a couple or single who's looking for a companion to greet them every morning, play during the day, and cuddle up at night. She has all her shots and is in great health. Hades, named after the Greek God of the Underworld, is a fun loving, playful, very affectionate and high energy German Shepherd. We initially adopted him from a friend at 6mos and have been caring for him until now. He is currently 6 years old, and at about 110lbs, he still loves to be active and playful. He has a very good temperament and adapts well to children and new faces once he is introduced. He is house trained well, and understands basic commands. We are hoping someone experienced with German Sheperds or a family or couple who can give him the activity and loving attention he needs would find an opening in their home for him.
