Story
Cassie, is a German Shepherd and Shar pei mix. She is 9 years old. She is very sweet and humble .she gets along great with other dogs and cats I prefer not to be in a home with pit bulls because she was attacked three times .she is not aggressive in any way she's been exposed to fairly older kids but she would not harm any child she needs a big yard with a fence someone who would take time to play with her and really really love her she's not good with car rides she's not used to car rides. she's does fairly good on walk still a little nervous. she's very protective ,very playful ,she loves everybody she's a terrific dog. She loves sleeping on the bed n getting cuddles. I don't want to part w her. where I am currently reside ,she is cooped up all day it's not fair to her she needs room to run and play she still has a lot of good years on her she needs other companions pets kids to play with her I would just hope and pray that someone would consider taking her and really love her .

"Courtesy Post" This is not a Street Paws animal, but we are assisting with placing a pet.  Toby was surrendered with his sister Bella. The two are a bonded pair that love each other dearly and need to be adopted together.  Toby is a sweet, friendly, laid back and kind pup! He is very bonded to his sister and loves spending time with her playing and cuddling. They need to be adopted together! They are a little shy but will quickly steal your heart. They are independent and loyal. They will make a wonderful, loving addition to your home and family. They get along great with other dogs and children! Looking for the perfect Duo? Toby and Bella are looking for their forever home! Toby is in great health and ready to be adopted into his forever home! Adoptions are limited to an approximately 150-mile radius from Locust Grove, GA, certain circumstances may allow exceptions.  Adoption fee is $250 To apply to adopt this pet, please fill out a Preliminary Adoption Application at  https://www.streetpaws.org/home/adopt.     This application does not commit you to an adoption. It is used to screen those interested to make sure the home is a good match for the pet and your family. Story
I got my dog when he was a puppy, and he’s been a loyal companion ever since. He’s currently 3 years old and has a very sweet personality. He forms strong bonds with his person. At first, he can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once he feels comfortable, he really warms up and shows how affectionate and loyal he is. He’s very protective of the people he loves and likes to stay close to his owner. I would describe him as loyal, protective, and loving. He enjoys attention and does best with someone who can give him time and patience while he settles in. I’m preparing to travel out of state for several months and unfortunately can’t take him with me. Because of that, I’m hoping to find him a stable and caring home where he’ll get the attention and consistency he deserves. Ideally, he would do well with someone who understands dogs and is willing to give him time to adjust and build trust.

Story
Maggie will be 3 years old on May 8th. She LOVES to run and be outside. She does still have a problem with jumping up to “hug” people, but she does know basic commands. She is crate trained and house trained. She is rambunctious, but also thinks she makes the best lap dog. Chest & belly scratches are her kryptonite. She has been an amazing girl for almost the last 3 years, but my work schedule has changed and being a single parent I do not have time to provide the love and attention she needs.
