    Hello everyone!   My name is Sussie and here is a little information that will convince you that I'm the perfect girl for you. Let's start by saying that the very nice AAU vet that I met said I am an exotic mix of a Great Pyrenees and an Australian Shepherd! A beautiful blend of breeds, don’t you think? My foster mom thinks my fur is absolutely lovely and so soft and I have to agree with that! I am 3 years old and I weigh 55 pounds (just the right size). There are so many things we can do together - long walks, hiking, running, just to name a few off the top of my head.   In case you were wondering about my house manners, I am house trained, but I am not a fan of crates. I must admit that crates make me anxious. My energy level is pretty high - I’m only 3 years old, so I would hope that’s the case. I just LOVE to play (including fetch, but bringing toys back is an issue - LOL). I get along beautifully with other dogs and I LOVE kids too! I’m not the best with cats. Herding breeds and cats are not a good mix, so I have heard.   My foster mom recommends that my new family is home a lot, since I do have anxiety. However, that should lessen with time and patience. She also thinks that a fenced in yard is important. Once outside, I do one “zoomie” after another, to express my exuberance for life! Then, all I want to do is snuggle and love you. Doesn’t that sound nice?   So, now that you know all about me, do you think we would be a good match? If so, please fill out an application asap! I adopted Ishu from the Fulton County Animal Shelter. He was picked up as a stray. He adapted very well to his new environment. He gets along well with other dogs and actually understands to be gentle with smaller breeds (my son has a Shitzu). Ishu loves to play, take walks, belly rubs and snuggles. Ishu is very excitable at meal times, he has learned to sit and wait (he used to jump now he sits and "dances" while he waits for his food). Ishu has done very well around children as well, ranging in ages of 1 and up. He has a gentle soul, very friendly and approachable. He is very trainable, and follows commands well. Unfortunately I have discovered that I have a severe allergy from him. What I thought was environmental allergies or a cold turned out to be an allergic reaction to Ishu. I am hoping to find him a loving home. He is neutered, up to date on his shots, and no medical or behavior issues.
