Story
Meet Clark — charming, handsome, and ready to steal your heart. 💙 At around 5 years old, Clark is the kind of dog that makes life better just by being around. He’s super smart and thrives with positive reinforcement, making him a joy to train and bond with. Clark has a wonderful balance of medium energy with a great off-switch. He’s always up for fun — especially a good game of fetch or a splash in the water — but he also knows how to relax and be calm when it’s time to settle in. He’d make an excellent hiking buddy and an even better couch companion afterward. He’s dog-friendly with dogs of all sizes given proper introductions and is a true gentleman in the house: quiet, well-mannered, and respectful. Clark is house-trained, crate-trained, neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped — all ready for his next chapter. Most of all, Clark is longing for a forever home where he can be part of a family and share all the love he has to give. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun-loving, and easygoing companion, Clark just might be your perfect match. Interested in meeting Clark? Contact the rescue to learn more and set up a meet-and-greet. Fair warning: once you meet him, your heart may already be his. 🐾❤️ Hope 4 Sweet Homes 626-483-6936 or email hope4sweethomes@gmail.com

Story
Meet Rabbit! Rabbit is a gentle, sensitive soul who is looking for a patient family willing to let him settle in at his own pace. While he can be a little shy when meeting new people, those who earn his trust quickly discover a sweet, loyal companion who loves being close to his people. Rabbit enjoys a simple routine. His favorite parts of the day are his walks, and he gets excited as soon as he sees his leash come out. Whether it’s a neighborhood stroll, a longer hike, or even a run, Rabbit is happy to join the adventure. On walks, he’s more interested in following his nose and exploring the world than reacting to other dogs. He’s also proven to be a great travel buddy and rides well in the car. At home, Rabbit loves spending time outdoors. Give him a sunny spot and he’ll happily sunbathe, nap, or entertain himself with toys for hours. He’s calm when left alone and is not a big barker. While he’s become more comfortable inside the house over time, he truly thrives when he has access to outdoor space, which is why we’d love to see him in a home with a secure yard. Rabbit forms strong bonds with the people he loves and will happily follow you from room to room just to be nearby. He’s not much of a couch potato, but he enjoys being part of whatever you’re doing. He can be nervous around strangers at first and may bark when he’s unsure, but he’s never shown aggression and warms up with patience and gentle introductions. Rabbit would do best with an active family that enjoys getting outside and including their dog in daily life. Whether it’s a morning walk, a weekend hike, or simply relaxing in the backyard, Rabbit is happiest when he’s alongside his people.
