When they come up to smell her, she loves it! She's quite popular at the center ! * Separation Anxiety: Not applicable as she is currently at the center with other dogs. * Potty training: Only does outdoor elimination at the center. * Walking: There can be resistance or hesitance at first since she is apprehensive about going for walks with strangers. However, once she gets acclimated to them, she walks well alongside them. * Car Sickness: No car sickness, and she rides well in cars. 💌Special Note💌 * Excellent in responding to dependable staff members, and even puts her hand on the food bowl as if she would ask for food. Microchipped, negative recheck for heartworm, completed teeth scaling

Story
Sasha is a Siberian Husky, approximate DOB Oct 2013. She was rescued from a neglectful owner who just didn’t want her anymore by a good Samaritan who turned her over to us. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations and weighs 60 lbs. It appears she was kept in the yard with little shelter from the elements and has not been socialized with dogs. She needs an alpha owner who has experience with huskies and can provide the proper training and guidance with behavior and socialization. She likes people and wants to please them although she can be very independent, She needs to be on a low protein high fiber diet.. She was adopted and returned because they didn't have any time for her.

Blue is a 5 year old, female Husky. She is a big girl and weighs 75 lbs. She is sweet and has one blue eye and one brown eye. She is so grateful. She was found tied to our fence at 6 in the morning. She loved her first bath and would love to go home to her forever home. PLEASE NOTE: Pet Harbor adopts to residents of the South Bay area of Los Angeles county only. Greets other dogs nicely whom she encounters while out for walks.
