Story
Emma Lou a beauty, and a bit of a wild child! Fun and full of frolic when surrounded by her besties, when given the option Emma will often choose playful avoidance of unfamiliar people and would prefer a home that doesn't require her to play the social butterfly. This sweet girl has been described by our volunteers as a nice dog to walk, and although we are now heading into the warmer months, true to her Husky nature, she loved doing snow zoomies! FAS will only rehome to a family with children aged 10 or older at this time. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 52.8 Age: 6yrs 9mths 0wks

Chunky boy Sam is ready to leap into his new home! Sam has had both eyes removed due to medical complications, and now relies on his nose to investigate his new surroundings. Sam enjoys getting out to explore, and may enjoy outdoor spaces with wide open trails. Sam may take some extra time to grow familiar with a new space and would appreciate some extra support during this time of transition. Story
This gorgeous Husky is Koa, a 1.5 year old neutered male. Koa was hit by a car and brought in as a good Samaritan case. The owner couldn't afford care so she signed him over to the vet clinic who had to amputate his back left leg. Koa is now all healed up and ready for his forever home! Koa has adapted beautifully to being 3-legge and does WONDERFUL! He doesn't allow it to get him down. He is not even a little dog friendly (we tried big dogs, little dogs males and females...he just doesn't like other dogs). He has ignored the clinic cats while on leash but we haven't let him alone with them. He is a husky so he probably needs to be an only animal. He doesn't seem to be an escape artist and is not the normal, talkative husky. He is very quiet and VERY sweet. He loves treats and is easily trainable with them. He loves being brushed and is all around a sweet guy....barring his dislike of other dogs, he's pretty perfect. This is a courtesy listing and we will forward your application to the vet clinic who has Koa. Koa weighs around 57 lbs and it will be important for him to remain a lean weight due to his amputation. If you would like to adopt/foster please apply at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $100 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   Please note, Circle 2 Rescue cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have limited history prior to them entering the rescue.  ##2044407##

Story
Suzy Q's birthday is 2/19/2024 She has white tipped feet & tail. She is the smallest of the litter yet the most punky. She was the first to speak and loves to talk! Very sweet. She is a cheerful puppy who loves to be with all of her siblings.  She is very playful. Her ears are the cutest thing about her, 1 stays up, and one stays down.  Husky experience is a PLUS.  A fenced yard is a MUST 6' or  5' with a roll bar to ensure they cannot jump it  (apartments etc are not recommended for this breed) as we know the husky has a reputation as a runner.  Another husky for her pack is a plus, they love to be in a singing group. Put in an application at EAPL.com Her adoption fee is $375 She is spayed (May 1st), up to date on her age-appropriate vaccines, and microchipped. Available after May 4th. May 4, 2024, 7:17 pm

Story
Ava is a five year old shepherd mix that was recently transferred to rescue when her mom passed away after a very short but courageous battle with cancer. She has a soft shy personality and lived with another dog that was protective of her, so as you can imagine, these recent changes have been a big adjustment. Ava is really starting to show her personality as she gets comfortable; she is appropriate with other dogs and beginning to instigate play, loves exploring the world on walks, and enjoys curling up by your feet or on the couch with you. She's in foster with a professional positive-reinforcement trainer who says she's a super gal. Although she takes a little bit of time to warm up to new people, she is extremely sweet. We believe Ava would do best in a quieter home without young children and lots of commotion, and would be fine in a home with respectful dogs that match her energy level. She is fully house trained, and can be crated, though she is non-destructive in the home when left unattended. She would be happy with another dog in the house but dog parks are too overwhelming for her. She demonstrates a lot of body language about how she is feeling. If body language is respected she will quickly build a trustworthy relationship. New owners will need to learn about body language (ex: lip licks, appeasement kisses, whale eyes, eye contact, pet consent). She listens well, knows basic obedience, does need to learn better leash skills. Ava is spayed, fully vaccinated, wormed, on heartworm prevention, and microchipped with registration. Her adoption fee is $350.

Story
Kronos is still looking for his forever home!! He is about 5-6 months and a husky mix! He is truly a lover and hasn’t met a person he didn’t like so far, he does great with other higher energy dogs he has met at the center and is extremely playful and intelligent! He knows how to sit, walks pretty well on leash, and rides like a gentleman in the car. Kronos is food motivated and super eager to please his person, but he is also very affection motivated too! He is truly a gem of a puppy and we love him so much, we are guessing he will be a pretty large dog so if you want a big husky lap dog apply to foster or adopt Kronos Lolasrescue.com/available-animals ##1863657##
