Everest is a total toy enthusiast and is always up for a good game, whether that means chasing balls, playing tug, or entertaining himself with a good tail chase (you’ll definitely want to see the video !). He is very treat motivated and eager to engage, which makes training both fun and rewarding. Story
Mya was 1 year old when we adopted her in 2022. She’s a good Girl. We adopted her for our daughters. With one child heading off to college and one who is crazy busy all the time we just don’t have the time to give Mya the attention she deserves. Mya does just about anything for a treat. She knows how to sit, lay down, target, shake, and many other fun tricks. She is potty trained. She never has an accident inside even when our busy schedules neglect to let her out properly. She loves pets and people. She is great with our girls and loves to run around and play with her stuffy. She doesn’t jump on people or growl. She does bark occasionally but it’s a one time bark to let you know she needs to go potty. We love Mya and we just want to see her go to a good home who will love her as well. Somewhere with a fenced yard she can run and play. A home that will give her lots of love and attention. All the things she used to get here before our lives got so busy.

Story
Meet Midas — a gentle soul with a heart of gold. (Midas Needs another confident dog in the home to continue to help with his confidence) Midas is one of those dogs you don’t forget. Quietly resilient and deeply loving, he’s the kind of companion who forms a bond that runs deep. He’s simply waiting for a forever family to show him that his best days are still ahead. When Midas first came into rescue, he was severely underweight and had clearly gone without the care he deserved. But with a thoughtful refeeding plan and plenty of love, he’s been steadily gaining strength—and confidence. Watching him fill out, both physically and emotionally, has been nothing short of incredible. Midas truly shines in the company of other dogs. He would thrive in a home with a confident, well-balanced canine companion who can continue to show him the ropes. He looks to other dogs for reassurance and learns beautifully by example. He’s also a wonderfully gentle boy—good with cats and kind with kids—making him a great fit for many types of families. He already knows basic commands and has excellent house manners. One thing to know about Midas: he does not do well in a kennel and becomes anxious when confined. The good news? He does beautifully when left out in the home, settling in calmly and showing just how trustworthy he is. Midas isn’t just looking for a place to live—he’s looking for safety, patience, and love. In return, he’ll give you unwavering loyalty, quiet companionship, and the kind of gratitude you can feel every single day. If you’re ready to give this golden-hearted boy the life he’s been waiting for, Midas is ready to meet you. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please complete  an Adoption Request Form. This is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about our adoption process, please visit our Adoption Process page on our website at www.rescuecrew.org. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.   The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. Story
Location: Lynd, MN Hi! My name is Hip Hop! I was adopted initially as a younger pup, but sadly my person had to move across the country & couldn’t take me with. I was really sad about that! I do love my foster family I’m at now though! I can sit like a good girl & lay down. I even stay quiet all night in my kennel & happily go in there. I previously was a frequent flyer at the local doggy daycare so I really love other dogs too! I really enjoying romping around with the four dogs here! I also LOVE being outside! I am half Siberian husky so that isn’t surprising to anyone! I also get along well with the cats here too. The female cats kind of scare me so I don’t mess with them! There are small kids here & it took me awhile to adjust to them, but I do really like them. Their fast movements really startled me at first, but I am pretty used to it now! Sometimes they drop food & I’m never mad about that! However, I would do best in a home with kids ages 8 years and above! My former adopters said I was potty trained, but I did have some accidents here - regression can be normal in new places. I really like water so I’m learning how to drink an appropriate amount without overdoing it & since I’m figuring that out I am doing really great without any accidents inside! Everyone loves to comment about my pretty eyes & I can be a “talker” sometimes which everyone thinks is pretty funny! Does it sound like you could be my fur-ever home?! --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.

Story
Location: Hanover, MN Mateo is a big, lovable puppy with the heart of a lap dog and the energy of a true northern breed. He’s smart, affectionate, and always ready for adventure. He’s dog-friendly and very excited to meet new people. Mateo is crate trained, about 95% housebroken, and knows “sit.” He’s highly motivated by food and praise and is working on keeping all four paws on the floor when he gets excited. He’ll need a committed adopter who will continue his training with structure and positive reinforcement. Mateo has a high prey drive and cannot live with cats or small animals. He hasn’t been around kids yet and can be a bit of a bull in a china shop, so any children should be sturdy and supervised. With his high energy level, Mateo will thrive in an active home and would love activities like hiking, running, weight pulling, bikejoring, or skijoring. He wants to be wherever his people are — whether that’s on the couch, in the kitchen, or heading out on your next adventure. If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick who will work hard, play hard, and love you endlessly, Mateo might be your guy. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Not good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Name: Yuki Sex: Female Color: Isabella White Eye Color: Brown Birthday: 11/15/20 Weight: 49lbs Large Dog Friendly: Yes, good with new dogs she meets. Does best with male dogs. Small Dog Friendly: So far, she has been good with the few smaller dogs she has met on leash. Cat Friendly: NO - very high prey drive. Crate Trained: Very short periods of time, and only while we are home. Trusted to free roam when we’re not home, but our home is pretty much husky-proof. Has a history of harming herself when crated in her first foster home. Housebroken: Yes, she will let you know when she needs to go out. Energy Level: She has her calm times and long naps, and she also gets zoomies and loves to play rough a few times a day like most huskies. She loves walks and loves to be outside watching squirrels or bunnies in a fenced yard. Reaction to New People: Good with adults and older kids. Working on manners and socialization. Kid Friendly: Older, calmer kids are best for her. Smaller children make her nervous, especially if they get too close too fast. Training: She knows the basics; sits before getting her food dish and is pretty good at coming when called. Could use some better leash manners but has improved. She really wants to meet and play with other friendly dogs on walks. She would likely benefit from some socialization to gain confidence in new/public situations. Like most huskies, she is a runner, so caution by the doors and getting in and out of the car is needed. Grooming Needs: Normal husky coat brushing about once a week or so, more when blowing her coat. She does shed less than other huskies we’ve had, her fur is on the shorter side which helps. Does okay with baths but only needs that once or twice a year. Gets dirty while playing, but the dirt tends to fall off quickly – it’s a husky thing. Fence: Yuki would do best with at least a 4-foot-high fence, 6 feet would be better. She loves to be outside; rain or snow do not bother her much. She hasn’t tried to dig out lately but is a true husky escape artist so should be supervised even with a fence! Solo or Siblings: Yuki would do best with a male dog with lots of energy to match hers in play. Preferably male husky (or other high energy dog) around her age or younger. Once she got comfortable in her foster home, she started being less tolerant of female dogs in the home. We’ve been working on that. She could also do well as a solo dog, with lots of play and attention to get her energy out. From the Foster: Yuki is a sweet, furry little princess who loves attention and belly rubs. She has her relaxation times and has her zoomies and loves to play. She’s a bit shy and hesitant in new situations and would benefit from socialization and group training class. Like a typical husky, she loves to run, climb, jump etc, so may also benefit from joring or agility classes. She loves attention and belly rubs; she will lay on her back and paw at you or reach out to you for more if you stop. She is quite a talker, like many huskies are, and when the neighborhood dogs bark, she howls to join in. She is an all-around adventurous, loving, curious and goofy girl who may be shy and nervous at first, but who settles in fairly quickly to be her true husky self. She would love to have a more mature human or family to experience life with, and to help her learn to enjoy the world
