Story
This is Bluey! Bluey is a Husky and Pitbull mix and he is 3 years young! He is a cute puppy that love’s attention is good with cats and really loves walks. Ever since he was a baby he loved physical touch every time he sleeps he tries to find a foot, leg, or arm to snuggle up with. His favorite brand to eat is called blue! But I hope this helps him find a new home that can love and care for him as much as we do!

Story
💜 Come meet me at our Adoption Event at Forgotten Star Brewing in Fridley on Saturday, 8/29 from Noon - 2:00pm! 💚 Age: 2 years (DOB est. 8/21/24) Weight: 56 pounds Dog friendly: Yes Cat friendly: Unknown Kid friendly: Unknown Potty trained: Yes Crate trained: Yes Meet sweet, clever Talula, a beautiful 2-year-old Cattle Dog/Husky mix. She is a 56-pound sweetheart who is ready to find the loving home she deserves. She was found as a stray, but it quickly became clear that she was once someone’s house dog. She is affectionate, well-mannered, and happiest when she can be close to her people. She absolutely loves attention and belly rubs and will happily lounge on the couch while you relax. She is a calm, good-natured girl who seems happiest simply being with her people. She is also smart—very smart! She has figured out how to push open doors, move objects, and get over some obstacles. Her cleverness will be a wonderful trait for someone who enjoys an intelligent, engaging dog. She comes happily when called, especially if treats are involved! She enjoys going for walks and is a good leash walker. She is also potty trained and did an excellent job going outside. She traveled beautifully in the car, staying calm and sitting nicely during rides. She even surprised everyone by going into her crate on her own the first night when it was time for everyone to go to sleep. This sweet girl has so much going for her: affectionate, smart, curious, house-trained, calm, good in the car, and happy to be with her people. She seems to be the kind of dog who just wants to be loved and included in her family's life. If you're looking for a fun, affectionate companion with a big personality and an even bigger heart, this clever girl might be your perfect match! 🐾❤️ Adoption fee: $495

Story
Gentle soul ready for forever!Bug our almost 11 year old distinguished, handsome gentleman is an absolute sweetheart with a little extra charm—hence the nickname “Bugger”! DNA testing revealed he’s a unique Doberman/Husky mix, blending the loyal, loving nature of a Doberman with the playful spirit of a Husky. He adores being with his people, enjoys outdoor time, and will need a securely fenced yard since running is one of his favorite things. Bug is a mellow, easygoing snuggle buddy who’s happiest in a calm, predictable environment. He’s looking for a quiet, low-key home with older children only (13+), as young kids make him anxious. He prefers a peaceful household with a simple routine. He hasn’t been crated in many years, but his foster is gently reintroducing crate time in a positive way, and Bug is doing well—especially when meals are involved! He’s also comfortable being left out with a gate when you’re away. Bug does show some mild separation anxiety, which is being worked on with patience and consistency. This handsome guy is a bit of a counter surfer, so kitchen management and a locking trash can are a must. For enrichment, he prefers filled bones over plush toys. He loves being outside (no digging!), is generally quiet, and will let you know if it’s potty time—or if you’re running late with meals. Bug rides great in the car, walks nicely on a pinch collar, and is a rock star at the vet—nail trims included. He’s currently working on shedding a few extra pounds, so treats are limited and broken into smaller pieces. Bug is a gentle, affectionate companion who’s ready to settle into his forever home with people who appreciate a relaxed pace, lots of love, and a loyal shadow by their side. This fabulous foster is a Doberman Rescue Minnesota foster dog. Please read all adoption steps and policies carefully on our website. http://dobermanrescueminnesota.com/adoption-steps/ Qualified adopters are within the approved adoption area, and Adopter will be requested to visit this foster dog at the foster family home. Our foster families are generally located within a 250 mile radius of Minneapolis, MN. All DRM dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, health checked, microchipped, dewormed, 4DX tested, and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention. August 28, 2026, 10:14 pm

Story
Age: 3 years old Weight: 45 lbs Dog friendly: Yes, requires companion dog in the home Cat friendly: Unknown Kid friendly: Yes Potty trained: Yes Crate trained: Yes Nelly is pure sweetheart. She’s done extremely well adapting to her foster’s home; house-trained, crate-trained, and not a single accident in the house. Nelly loves playing with other dogs, and equally enjoys playing fetch and tug-of-war with her humans. She’s savvy enough to bring her humans different toys to encourage them to play with her. She’s a big fan of couch cuddles, and will give a gentle nudge to entice further pets! Nelly does great on a leash and is working on heeling. She has lots of fun at the dog park, happily greeting other dogs and humans, and sometimes running like the wind. Nelly would do great with any family with lots of love to give, including a family with children! She would also do best with a family that has another dog. Adoption fee: $395.00

Story
Hi I’m Anne! My family says I am the sweetest girl :)  My favorite thing is to curl up in a cozy spot (preferably somebody’s bed) and take a nap. I also like to play with my toys, but I have to be careful because I have a heart condition and if I play too hard or get too excited, I have mini seizures that cause me to lose my balance and tip over. In more severe situations, I could experience a more serious seizure-like episode. I’m super sweet and gentle. I do well in and out of my crate and have only had a few accidents. My family has left me alone for up to seven hours and I have done just fine. I love meeting new people, but I’m not so sure about dogs. I can be around them, but if they get too close I might let them know. But my family thinks that with some training, I might be able to make some friends and maybe even live with other dogs. I also love riding in the car! I like staring out the window, and then when I am bored of that, I like to curl up in the back seat and take a nap.  I know my basic commands, but my family says I’m stubborn because I don’t always like to listen when they call my name and they want my attention. They also say I’m being dramatic when I give them my pouty eyes. I do okay on walks, but I need to use a harness since I do like to wander and explore and of course if I see a squirrel, rabbit, or another dog, I want to get a closer look!  I would do best with someone who likes to lay around with me and understands my physical limitations. Due to my heart condition, it is hard to predict how much time I have left, but I hope to find someone who is willing to love me anyway! Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, alter, prepaid microchip, dewormed, Rabies vaccine, DAPP vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX , flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Story
Meet Byron — the big-hearted goofball who loves his people. He is a lab mix born approx 9/10/23.  Byron is a sweet, snuggly boy who absolutely adores people. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who wants to be close to you at all times, Byron is ready to fill that role perfectly. He’s affectionate, loving, and always happy to soak up attention and cuddles. He’s house trained, crate trained, and loves having space to run, play, and let out his goofy energy. Whether it’s zooming around the yard or playing with his favorite people, Byron knows how to have a good time. Byron would do best as the only dog in the home initially, as he’s not comfortable with other dogs right away. However, once he feels secure and established in his environment, he tends to do much better and has shown he can especially warm up to puppies over time. He’s looking for a home that will give him patience, structure, and lots of love—and in return, he’ll give you endless affection and companionship                    Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue.
