Keeba is an almost 13, Husky/Golden Retriever mix. He’s a kind, gentle soul who loves affection. You wouldn’t guess his age—he still gets bursts of energy and does "zoomies" in the yard with his sister (Missy). He’s very easygoing, does well with cats and kids, and has had limited exposure to other dogs but has a calm, beta personality when he meets them.He is incredibly sweet and bonded with Missy so we would love to see them go to the same home if possible but will consider splitting them up if we need to. They have been together pretty much their whole lives.

Will need a good kennel and fenced area or yard, he is slippery about escaping, and with his initial shy demeanor he will not be able to be leash walked until trust is established in some cases.

Meet Marshmallow. Marshmallow came to us from a rough humane case, but you'd never know it by his joyful spirit. This sweet, goofy boy lives for playtime with his people and absolutely loves to show off his lightning-fast zoomies in the yard. Rain? Snow? Sunshine? He doesn't mind one bit - as long as he gets to be outside having fun. Just beware mud puddles are his absolute favorite! He does wonderfully with kids of all ages and thrives on attention and activity. When it comes to cats, Marshmallow has a high prey drive and has not done well with the house cats at the shelter. With other dogs, he can be a bit selective doing really well with some and not so great with a few others. If you have a canine companion already in your home, we ask that a meet and greet is scheduled before deciding to take Marshmallow home! Marshmallow is still polishing up on his manners - he's working on his potty training and can get a bit jumpy when he gets very excited. But with his eagerness to learn he would truly blossom with a family ready to turn training into a fun bonding adventure.
