Story
Snickers is the ultimate tomboy! Being raised with so many brothers will do that to ya, though! She’s playful, athletic, and has places to go and people to meet. Snickers is dog friendly, stranger friendly, and she’s ready to find her forever home. Whether you’re active and on-the -go or looking for a play friend for your resident dog, Snickers is your girl. She’s the versatile pup! Snickers and her family are from Oklahoma. Her mom, Taffy, was tied to a tree and she whelped 14 puppies. During a tornado, 3 of the puppies perished. She and the rest survived and found refuge with a foster home. She’s ready to put her past behind her and get started on her true forever! Snickers is being fostered in Fort Collins, Colorado. *We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs.* You can view this wonderful dog at https://www.milehighcanine.org/post/dogs/snickers/. You can apply for our wonderful dogs at https://www.milehighcanine.org/adopt/adoption-application/.

Story
Okayden is around 2 years old. He is a fun-loving, sweet boy. He gets along with other dogs and loves to play. A little shy meeting new people and does not appreciate being pet by strangers. If they let him be and give him a little time, he can be their friend within a few minutes. He is kennel trained and good on leash. He'd love to go on adventures. Unfortunately Okayden's past is a mystery, but he was stuck in a dog run at shelter in Texas for a long time. He wasn't given walks or a break from the small space. His nails grew incredibly long. He is so happy to be free. Can you show him an amazing Colorado life?  ##2448062##

Story
Meet DELTA, the Sweetest Sidekick Ever! This lovable goof is the ultimate cuddle buddy — he’ll follow you everywhere (unless he’s busy hunting grasshoppers or soaking up the sun). He knows “sit,” is learning not to jump when excited, and is fully crate-trained. He lives for walks, toy destruction, stealing dog beds for forced snuggles, and protecting the yard from squirrels. Personal space? Never heard of it. He’s playful, affectionate, and would thrive in an active home or with another dog friend. If you’re looking for unconditional love and a built-in adventure buddy, this sweet boy is ready to be yours!

Story
Molly is a loving, kind dog. We live on a farm with multiple animals and she has never attacked any of them. She gives nose kisses to our cats, and plays well with other dogs, large and small. Molly loves to run and play, however, her best activity is wherever you are, she will be laying right next to you. She has grown up around children, so she is very gentle and loving. We live in the mountains, so she is used to not needing a fence, but if she goes on a “walk-about” to visit a neighbors dogs, 1/4 mile away, she always comes home. She does not dig or chew things up. She does have a habit of counter surfing if we are not watching. We need to rehome her due to health issues. We are not home enough to take her on walks or to play with her. Due to large predators where we live, we cannot have a dog door. Molly was born in March, 2019. We have all of her papers.

Story
*We will not be hosting adoption events on Saturday, December 27 and January 3. We are offering private adoption appointments to pre-approved applicants December 22-January 4. Happy Holidays!* Meet Wednesday! This gentle and affectionate girl has a heart full of love to give. She’s easy to live with, has moderate energy levels, and loves nothing more than being close to her people. A few of Wednesday’s highlights:
 • Sweet, gentle, and people-oriented. She thrives on connection.
 • Dog-tolerant. She coexists well (and can get quite playful!) with respectful dogs. She does best with slow, polite introductions, and has had great dog relationships when introductions are structured.
 • She is currently fostered with an 18-month-old and handles it appropriately. However, she removes herself when she needs space and would likely do best with older, predictable children.
 • Loves leisurely walks, a good bone, and settling in for cuddles. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal friend who brings warmth to your life, Wednesday is your perfect match. Wednesday is a 3-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $250 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and spay. Wednesday is also tested with other dogs, children, and potty and kennel trained. She will do best in a home without cats. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if she might be a good fit for your home. The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals. We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!) Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed. Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525). For additional questions regarding meeting this dog please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772, or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of inquiries, calls and voicemails regarding adoption will not be returned. Thank you for choosing adoption! If you would like more information on our organization please visit our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org.
