Story
Kardie is sweet dog that loves to relax. She is pretty chill and doesn't bark much unless left alone for a long period of time.Wil be 2yrs old in November.I recently adopted Kardie and even though I hate to rehome her,she deserves a home that is more active. She would thrive and feel more comfortable with a home that has another dog or a fenced yard. Kardie is updated on all her shots.Kardie enjoys being under her favorite person. Barely barks, loves long walks, relaxing. She is microchiped, the info can be transferred over to her new owner.Kardie is scheduled to be spayed in the next couple of weeks. She comes with a cage, toys, dog food, collar w/leash,shot records, rabies tag,dog bed, etc.

Story
Black is a very sweet dog who wondered into our yard as a very skinny stray. We walked him around the neighborhood for weeks hoping to find his family and took him to the vet to see if he had a chip. After about a month, we thought Black might be our dog permanently. Black came with some issues/behaviors which we worked on with him; however, some things have stuck with him. Black becomes anxious when he senses that we're preparing to leave him at home alone, and once he's in his kennel starts panting, whining, and shaking. The long hours of separation are hard for him. Also, Black would mark things in the house when no one was watching. He does this less now; however, expensive items like power tools and laptops have been casualties of this behavior. As we prepare to welcome our first child, we're rethinking our capacity to give Black the attention he needs. He's very affectionate, comes with his own gear, and would be a delightful addition to the right home.

Story
We are not accepting new applications for Chino as we look through the many applications that have come through for him so far. Meet Chino – the little survivor with a heart of gold 💛 At just a year and a half old, Chino has already overcome more than most dogs ever should. He was found abandoned on the side of the road, severely underweight and struggling—but you’d never know it today. His resilient spirit and sweet, loving nature have carried him through, and now he’s ready to find the forever home he truly deserves. Chino is a tiny, hypoallergenic pup who checks all the boxes. He’s fully house-trained, great with kids, cats and loves other dogs. He walks great on leash. Whether he’s playing with his toys, showing off how smart he is, or curling up next to you for some quality snuggle time, Chino is happiest just being part of the family. He’s incredibly intelligent and eager to please, which makes him not only a joy to be around but also a breeze to continue training, or teaching him some party tricks! His gentle, affectionate personality makes him the perfect companion for just about any home. My Profile Age: 1 1/2 years Weight: 6 pounds Good with kids: Yes Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: Yes Fenced yard: No Suitable for townhouse and/or apartment: Yes House trained: Yes. Story
I purchased Zoey from a reputable breeder in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Zoey requires a lot of attention and is very clingy. Ive been working from home for the last few years and she has been with me at home through all of it. Im very attached to Zoey but don't believe I am fit to care for her any longer with my upcoming travel plans. I am sad see her go, but I a looking forward to giving her to a family that will take care of her very well. Ideally I would like to give her to someone who is patient, and kind. Her previous dog sitters tells me she needs a bit more time with other dogs otherwise she gets overwhelmed. She gets nervous around kids because kids have been rough with her in the past. The ideal person would wfh. If you are in the area, and happen to have travel plans, I can also watch her for you as well!My suggestion: Because Zoey needs time to get adjusted, I recommend downloading the Rover app so she can spend a few days with you! I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks!!

Story
Gatsby A gentle, affectionate soul with a shy start and a very happy future ahead. Gatsby is a 1.5-year-old, 23-lb sweetheart who may be a little shy at first, but underneath is a playful, funny, and deeply loving dog. When he first arrived at the shelter, Gatsby was absolutely terrified. Everything felt overwhelming — until a kind foster sat quietly with him in his kennel and showed him he was safe. And that’s when everything began to change. Since moving into foster care, Gatsby has come along by leaps and bounds. His playful side is shining through, his confidence is growing every day, and his sweet personality is impossible to miss. He’s great with other dogs and would be happy to join a home with a canine friend to help continue building his confidence. Gatsby is the kind of dog who will bond deeply with his people — loyal, loving, and always happy to be by your side. If you’re looking for a gentle companion with a playful streak and a big heart, Gatsby is ready to meet you. Quick facts: • 1.5 years old • 23 lbs • Sweet, gentle, and playful • Great with other dogs • Shy at first, then affectionate and fun • Blossoming in foster care Gatsby has already come so far — now he just needs someone to help him write the rest of his story. Gatsby is neutered and up-to-date on vaccines. The adoption fee for this dog is $425 which includes routine vetting and spay/neuter.
