Hi, I’m Nova! I’m your pocket-sized bundle of love and energy, and I’ve got cuddles for days! My absolute favorite thing in the world is sitting in your lap. Yep, I’m a certified cuddle bug, ready to brighten your day with my snuggles and kisses!
I love playing tug of war, fetch, and I absolutely adore my chew toys. I love to snooze up on couch throughout the day but I also get burst of energy sometimes and love good session of zoomies. I am a very smart girl who can open up your doors, and can solve puzzle toys in no time! I already know “sit,” “stay,” “down,” “paw,” “come,” “spin,” and “place,” and I’m working on “leave it” and even a fun trick called “through the legs.” I am a very quick learner
I’m getting braver every day on my walks. New sights and sounds can be a lot to take in, but I’m making great progress. My foster parents are so proud of how calm I’ve become around bicycles – I hardly notice them anymore! I even love meeting new people, as long as they don’t move too fast.
When it’s time to relax, I’m a pro at snoozing and will happily settle down in my crate – especially if you give me a peanut butter-filled Kong or lick mat to enjoy first. I sleep through the night like a champ, and while I might bark or cry for a few minutes when you leave, I quickly settle down once I have something yummy to focus on.
I’m dreaming of a forever home that’s calm, cozy, and filled with love. I’d love to keep learning, playing, and giving ALL the cuddles. Could you be the one to make my dreams come true?
