Lucky is a sweet, smart, loving girl who has made herself right at home in New York City. She's a people person through and through and truly cannot believe it when someone passes by on a walk without stopping to say hello! When she's not charming strangers, Lucky loves playing fetch, cozying up for cuddles, and strolling around the block. One of her favorite pastimes is perching on a park bench and watching kids play on the playground, endlessly entertained by all the action. She's a big fan of balls of all sizes and has a particular fascination with soccer. After a short walk, Lucky is the first to hop into bed or on the couch to cuddle with her human and settle in for a nap. Lucky is super smart and treat-motivated. She does best with humans rather than other animals, and would be happiest in a home without other pets. Lucky is already a good leash walker, but is working on becoming even better. She does not like being alone and will whine and cry, but is working on building her confidence to become more independent.
