Story
Luna was found 6 weeks ago in Cobb county. We took her to the shelter for the three day hold and then picked her back up. We took her for all her shots and had her microchipped. She has since been spayed. The vet estimates she is about six months old. She is learning to go potty outside and is very smart. She needs things to chew on and we have lots of toys that can go with her. She is not crate trained yet. She is going for training for two weeks. She is very cuddly and sticks to me like Velcro. She likes to sleep in a little bed or in the bed with a human. She seems to be a little nervous around men, especially wearing hats. She gets along with two of my other dogs but not the oldest dog and they are fighting which is why I need to rehome her. She does play a bit aggressively with the other two who will play with her. I hope she can go to a loving home with someone who can train her and play with her; someone looking for a loyal companion.

Story
Hello, my name is Linky West! I'm around 9 years old and I weigh about 15-20 pounds. I think I'm a rat terrier mix. I'm spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, healthy, and ready to find my new home! I'm house trained and have learned to walk on a leash fairly well. I do not like crates for more than a short period of time, but that's okay because I can be left out without any worry of mischief making. When I first arrived at my foster home, I was very scared and unsure. Over time, I have settled in and come to love it here. I'm so much more happy and confident. I discovered that I love toys and cuddling. I also love treats! Now that I am more confident, I have found my voice and will let you know any time something even remotely interesting is going on in the house or the neighborhood, so I'd do best in a home that did not share walls with neighbors. I live with four other dogs right now. I prefer gentle, easy going dogs and do not care for bossy or dominant dogs. I also lived with cats in my last home. My favorite companion is my human though. Once I get to know you, I will adore you! Where you go, I go. I must insist that I sit on the couch with you and sleep in bed with you.    An odd quirk I have is that I get scared when someone tries to handle me (like a vet) or put something on my body (like a harness). If you slow down and speak sweetly, it helps me calm down a bit. My other request is a securely fenced yard. This is because I sometimes try to dart out the door and run wild, and also because I'm still working on my leash skills.  I'm really enjoying life in my foster home, but I am ready to find my new forever home!   An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms  Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. We verify rental policies and adhere to any regulations. Please ensure you understand those restrictions before choosing a dog.          June 19, 2026, 6:59 am
