Ramesses / Pascal really needs a new BEST FRIEND! This 4 year old 15lb RAT TERRIER mix has been through so much, and despite all this, he is so gentle and sweet, and loves all dogs, cats and people! He was rescued from the shelter two and a half years ago...his spirit was broken and he was very ill. A few months at Hotel Steve and he was thriving but still scared and nervous so he was returned twice before he found the man who would love him more than we could have wished for .. This precious little boy finally knew what love felt like and he went from Pascal to a strong pharaoh named Ramesses ... Sadly he was at home alone with his dad and best friend when fate was cruel and he lost the most important person in his world. ***Blessings to Julius Hawkins Jr. RIP whom we lost too young *** We are grateful to everyone who helped get him back out of the shelter so he could be at Hotel Steve while he recovers. Ramesses is housebroken and paper trained, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped and neutered. He is the most amazing sweet and gentle baby boy. If you want a true ride or die forever companion... We had an unexpected litter (7 total, 2 boys and 5 girls) born on 3/5/26. I have the parents, the mom is a rat terrier she weighs 32lbs and the dad is a pure breed yorkie and he weighs about 10lbs. I live in an apartment and can't keep these puppies. The puppies haven't been to the vet yet i'm hoping i can get them all seen in the next couple of weeks.

Imagine driving down a rural country road on the way to pickup groceries, when out of the brush comes 2 walking Halloween skeletons. That is what Benjamin and his partner Olive looked like when we took them home. Benjamin is a sweet JRT mix that is about 2 years old and weighs 27 lbs. He loves to play and destuff all of his stuffed animals. When his energy runs out, he will snuggle next to you on the couch. He is a smart boy and will keep you on your toes. Benjamin is learning house manners and will stay in a crate. Benjamin walks well on a harness but beware of squirrels. Because of his high prey drive, absolutely no cats!!! A fenced yard is highly desirable but not a necessity. he can always go out on a leash but never off leash when not in fenced yard . If you love the energy and personality of a jack russell, then benjamin, we'll check all the boxes that you are looking for. When Violet’s owner suddenly passed away, her world was turned upside down. Her single elderly mom cared deeply for her and was they were constant companions. She was left in a place of deep uncertainty, unsure of what would happen to her. Sadly, the family she was left with showed her little attention or affection and simply wanted to pass her off to someone else. She languished for 5 months after the sad death and in that time she lost weight and became very depressed. That’s when Critter Cavalry stepped in—to show Violet that she was wanted, valued, and loved.When she arrived, Violet was not only painfully thin and very scared. While she often prefers to observe from a distance as the other pups roughhouse, she’s perfectly content to quietly coexist—snuggled up on the couch, soaking in calm companionship.Violet is learning how to live life again, rediscovering trust and comfort at her own pace. She would thrive with a calm, patient, and understanding family who can continue to show her what safety, kindness, and love truly mean.
