Pixie and Trixie are in need of a loving home. They have been together for years and we would like them to stay together. Pixie is a wonderful little spayed Mini Pinscher who loves to be petted and adored. She is approximately 9 years old but still has a lot of spunk. She thinks she’s the boss and enjoys walks with her bonded companion Trixie (Rat Terrier). Pixie likes to lay next to you on the couch. She knows command to “sit” and will go to her large kennel cage when you point and say “cage”. She is house and kennel trained. Pixie may be nervous around larger dogs until she gets used to them. When she is nervous her kennel is her safe space. Trixie loves everyone! She is 8 years old, spayed, very friendly, well behaved and obedient. She needs an average amount of exercise, but prefers to be a couch potato! She is also house and kennel trained. Trixie loves to eat and needs to have controlled portions of food. Hello there, I’m Terry. A handsome little Rat Terrier mix, about 3 years old and 11.8 pounds. I was seen at the border of Mexico just hanging around a business all by myself, so when I was spotted again later that day, sleeping on a pile of rocks, and locals said I had no owner, I was smuggled across and am now living in a foster home in Von Ormy, Texas. I totally hit the lottery that day, now loved and cared for, well-fed, clean and happy, vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and ready for one more adventure to find a forever home! My foster mom says I am a people dog and a ladies' man. Otherwise, I am a very friendly little dog who would make an excellent lapdog. I am affectionate and will gaze at you with love-filled puppy eyes like you are my entire world, and although my foster mom will smother me with kisses, I don't give them in return. I only want to be near you… following you around the house, snuggling on the sofa, going for a walk to the park, or riding beside you on a road trip, while wearing my doggy seatbelt to keep me in the seat, otherwise I would be in your lap. When left home alone, I enjoy sitting on a pillow on a little bench, so I can watch the world go by outside the window. I will cry when put in a crate, but will eventually settle down. I am allowed to be free-range in my foster home since I am well-behaved, housebroken, and only bark when I need to alert you. Gracie Meet Gracie, the 2 year old tiny rat terrier with a heart of gold. She is a little shy at first, but once she warms up, she is the sweetest loving cuddle bug you’ll ever meet. After she has inspected the backyard and had her zoomies you can find her cuddled up on the couch with her human. Gracie gets along with other dog’s, cats and respectful kids. She is crate trained up to 8 hours. Though she would love a human that is around more than not. A fenced in yard would be recommended but not required. Meet Birdie, 9 month old Rat Terrier/Sheltie mix. Birdie is shy at first but once she warms up she’s the most sweetest energetic puppy. After her zoomies you can find her curled up on the couch with her humans. Birdie is good with other dogs, cats and kids. She is still working on walking on the leach, and potty training (still a few accidents). Crate trained with a treat for up to 8 hours.
