Story

Hello everyone! I'm a handsome, friendly 3-year-old, 54 lb Rottweiler/German Shepherd mix named Scruff. My journey began as a stray puppy in Von Ormy, Texas, where locals fed me before a foster took me in and cared for me. Fast forward, and I'm now living in Columbia, Connecticut, with an awesome foster who also happens to be a professional dog trainer! I am his newest student, and I must say, I am an "A" student at that. I am learning a lot of new cool stuff and perfecting my dog manners, such as walking calmly on a leash, sitting, staying, going to my place, recalling, and playing respectfully with other doggies. My trainer Dad says I'm a total sweetheart, well-behaved, housebroken, and very deserving of a family of my own. I am an extremely friendly boy, always wagging and smiling, amazing with people and amazing with kids. If you pet me, I will love you forever and want more! I have a great personality, a happy demeanor, and a medium-energy level, not overactive and not boring or lazy, just the perfect amount of energy for playtime, running, family activities, and social gatherings. I am always ready for any fun adventures. More than anything, I love my people, listen well, and aim to please. Inquire about me today and come meet me at my trainer-Dad's home! Adoption Fee: $400 * 4 Little Paws is based in CT. We adopt in many different states along the East Coast. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee. If you are located outside the states we typically adopt to, we have options to get the dog of your dreams to your location.

Story

Beverly is a beautiful six-year-old Rottweiler who is finally getting the chance to enjoy the life she always deserved. After spending her early years being used for breeding, she is now thriving as a beloved pet and embracing everything that comes with it. Beverly is wonderful with dogs of all sizes and does great with cats, too. She has a happy, playful side—especially when it comes to her toys and chasing tennis balls, which quickly becomes one of her favorite games! At night, she settles in easily and sleeps quietly in her dog bed. Considering everything she’s been through, Beverly is doing absolutely amazing. She is extremely smart, eager to please, and picks things up quickly, making her a joy to have around. Beverly thrives on companionship and would do best in a home where someone is home more often than not, as she does not enjoy being left alone for long periods. Because small children can make her uncomfortable, she is looking for a home with children 15 years of age or older. Beverly would make a fantastic companion. Her ideal home would include a securely fenced yard where she can play, explore, and continue to blossom. She would especially love a home with another playful dog companion to romp around with and keep her company.

Meet Marley! 🐾 Marley is a beautiful 5-year-old female Rottweiler, weighing about 55 pounds (and a bit more lately thanks to some extra treats!). She was purchased from a pet store as a puppy and has been a beloved companion ever since. This gentle girl has grown up around toddler children and absolutely loves people. She has a calm, affectionate personality and walks wonderfully on a leash. Marley also enjoys her toys and simply being close to her humans — she’s the perfect mix of loyal and loving. Marley is spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, and ready to find her next forever family who will cherish her as much as her current one has. ❤️ 📍 Apply to adopt Marley here: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/POSH/Dog
