Meet Fidler, a handsome 1-year and 5-month old Shar Pei mix who is looking for his forever home. Fidler has a very special history with our rescue-he was actually born here! While he was adopted into a loving home, his owner unfortunately passed away recently, bringing this sweet boy back into our care. Fidler is the perfect blend of the loyalty of a Shar Pei, the fun spirit of a Terrier, and the friendly, eager to please nature of a Lab. He went through a tough loss but hasn't let it break his spirit. Fidler is super friendly with a heart full of affection and loves meeting new people. He is an active boy who loves playing with toys in the play yards & walks well on a lead making daily strolls and outdoor adventures a breeze. Fidler is neutered & current on vaccines, he is close to mastering his house manners and just needs a consistant routine to finish his training. Gigi is awesome! Anyone would be lucky to have her. Ideally she would be your one and only! Our situation stinks otherwise this wouldn’t be happening. My older female and Gigi can go months without issue. Seemingly out of the blue they will go at it. My older male has no issues with either of the females at all. I cannot give my older female up. It’s just not right. We rescued Gigi as a pup and she’s very sweet and snuggly. Loves attention, treats, naps, playing with her toys etc. all the normal dog things. She’s been cared for very, very well. We have all her records. The only issue with Gigi besides her and my other dog wanting to be in charge is she is on some daily meds for her joints. She’s technically “lame”. We absolutely adore her and really can’t believe we have to do this. We have tried very hard to make it work between the two but it’s just not. They are both how they are. Any questions my wife and I would be happy to answer. We want Gigi to get the home she deserves.

Hi Maddie - some pictures of Manny. Hi - I’m Manny! I just turned 1 and I’m looking for my forever person. I need a special, patient person who can look past my fear to get to know the real me. See I wasn’t socialized as a puppy and didn’t meet a lot of people or go to new places. Plus I’m part Shar Pei, so it’s in my nature to be a bit wary of strangers. I took a chance and trusted my foster mom and she’s been trying to help me learn that people aren’t all bad. It’s hard to change, but I’m really smart and working hard. My foster mom says that the real me is a sweet cuddle bug who loves my people intensely. I love other dogs and enjoy playing and wrestling. I like to chase balls, chew on bones and am highly treat motivated. I am crate trained and house trained and go to the door when I want to go out. I am a work in progress and have the capacity to be a really great companion for someone who is willing to give me the time to trust. I act super tough and scary sometimes, but it’s just a front, I’m a total marshmallow on the inside! Because of my energy and fear I would be best in an adult only home and am probably not the best fit for a first time dog owner. I would love to share a home with another dog who loves to play. Hello, it's me again Mick or as my foster dad calls me Mick-at-night or my foster mom calls me Mick-a-million. Either name works for me. I am now over a year old and have learned so much. I am housetrained and sleep in my crate all night long. I do have a lot of puppy energy but a few minutes of tricks and I am tired. I have learned heel so it helps me walk like a good boy. I also know sit, paw, sit up, and down. I am working on place, come and around. I am very food motivated which helps with my training. I am learning to patiently wait for food. I sit and focus on foster mom while she puts my food down and then wait for her to tell me I can eat. I still have a little work to do but she says i am doing great. What I love? Chasing birds, playing with my foster brother, bras - even though my foster mom says I don't have boobs , toys of all kinds, sitting next to the heat and my favorite, sticking my tongue out. I have a great, funny personality. I can be a lap dog when I want to be but sometimes I enjoy just laying by myself. I am neutered already so no babies for me. What I am looking for is a forever home with or without other doggies, a family that is patient with me and older kids that will respect my space. No young kids please. They make me nervous.
