Bradford is a very loving fur baby. He’s an older shih tzu and very laid back. He likes to sit on the patio when there’s a nice breeze flowing. He’d be great for and older couple or person. He’s the sweetest fur baby you’ll ever come across. I’m trying to find him a new home, because I’m at work for 60 plus hours per week and it’s not fair for him to be in his kennel. I don’t want to be selfish and have him spend the rest of his life in a kennel all day. I want him happy.

I am looking for a loving home to spend my golden years. I am mostly blind, if not completely and have some trouble hearing, so I will need a home who is understanding and willing to help me around the world. In spite of my imparities, I walk great on a leash and enjoy exploring a backyard. If you have another dog in the home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure we get along. 💙 ADOPT CHEWY 💙 This little squishy love bug is the SWEETEST fella!! He loves all dogs and people, we haven’t seen him with cats, but he’s completely unbothered by friends. We think he’s a 3 year old Shih Tzu/Yorkie Mix and weighs about 9 pounds. He’s not a huge fan of crates but if you leave or go to sleep, he’ll lay down and chillax. He LOVES belly rubs and snuggles and bath time is pretty easy too. Chewy came to us as an emergency rescue, from DAS, because he had a hernia, after being attacked by a dog. Thanks to many amazing FURiends, that was corrected by surgery, and infection was cleared up from his leg. His hair has all grown out beautifully and filled back out. Chewy’s been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated. He’s on Pro-Heart Heartworm prevention and Bravecto flea/tick prevention. Buddy came from a home with many dogs. They lived in the country and they did not contain their dogs. Buddy along with the others would roam the streets and live outside at the home. We know he was an inside dog until they put all their dogs outside with no fence. Plus, they had found him when he was young so most likely had been an inside dog. He never wants to be an outside dog again. Buddy was the most socialized of them all and super friendly. We were told he fathered many puppies in the neighborhood. Buddy is 2-3 years old. We believe he is a Shih Tzu blend. He is a friendly boy and has done well with the dogs we have introduced him to. He was around many on the street and he was around cats too. Buddy is now UTD on shots, dewormed, microchipped and on flea preventative. He tested positive for heartworms and is going through treatment now. Our rescue covers the treatment and the good thing is he will test negative within 6 months. He is crate trained but of course loves not being in the crate. As long as you do not let him wait too long he is house trained as well. He will be a great addition to any family.

Hello! My name is AJ. I’m an 8 year old girl and weigh about 12 lbs. In my previous life I was a breeder dog so I’m a bit timid, and will need someone with patience that will help me adjust and become confident in my new home. My foster mom says I’ve made a lot of progress. My potty manners are usually pretty good, but still have an occasional accident. I do know how to use the dog door. I learned that quite quickly! I like to roll around on the carpet and play with my hooman sister’s scrunchies. I love having my ears and booty scratched. I get along with other dogs but I don’t really play with them, they’ve just been teaching me how to be a dog. I love to eat and sleep in my bed.
