Story
Have you ever met a Flame-Point/Orange Tabby mix kitty? Come and meet Robbie!! He is a gem of a boy - a little shy but one handsome dude!! Just wait till he gets to know you a bit. When he was found in the Chico area in 10/29/24, he had had quite an accident which the doctors repaired. Now he has a rakish good look. He is shy but when is best friend is around, the shyness wears off pretty quickly. He is up to date with his vaccinations and is neutered, micro-chipped and ready for love. Robbie and his best friend are a wonderful pair of kittens. Any family would be lucky to have them join the family!!! Please note: Robbie should be adopted with his best friendRobbie is shy and needs a quiet home.Indoor onlyPrevious medical records are available for Robbie.More information & application [ts=1765728022&src=aap]

Story
Ube – Tiny Fighter, Big Heart    Ube has already lived through more than any kitten should. She and her sister came to us extremely sick — struggling to eat, dehydrated, in and out of emergency vet visits, and needing round-the-clock care just to stay stable. She fought through medications, syringe feedings, bloodwork checks, and days where her little body just couldn’t keep up. But she never stopped trying.   Today, Ube is finally healthy, stable, and acting like a normal playful kitten — eating on her own, exploring, purring, and showing the sweet personality she’s had buried under all that sickness.   Because of everything she’s survived, we can’t predict her long-term outlook with 100% certainty. Most kittens who recover as well as she has go on to live full, happy lives, but we want to be transparent: her early illness was severe, and only time will tell if she’ll have any long-term effects. For now, she is thriving — and we celebrate every bit of it.   Ube is gentle, affectionate, and incredibly resilient. She’s looking for a home that will appreciate the miracle she is, stay attentive to her health as she grows, and love her for the fighter she’s proven to be.   If you have room in your heart for a little survivor with a big future, Ube is ready. ##2511755##

Story
Apple is a sweet kitty with a big personality. He is a handsome lynx point Siamese tabby mix with a cute short tail. He can’t help but be the center of attention because he is vocal, social, and engaging. He's a strong alpha male. Apple is smart, independent, and doesn’t hesitate to add his thoughts to the conversation. He truly loves being petted! He is a good pal and faithful companion. He likes to interact and play with other cats and toys. Apple is FIV+ but you would never know he has a manageable immune system condition. He is healthy, active, and is expected to live a normal cat lifespan.  Apple must be on a prescription food diet to prevent urinary blockage for his entire life. It is readily available and the diet has kept the issue under control. His ideal guardian is one with experience reading cat body language and who can be confident and firm with him, as well as gentle, to gain his trust. He needs an adults only home preferably with another cat. He would probably adapt to a calm dog with careful introductions. His estimated birth date is September 2020. Story
If you’ve ever wished for a cat who’s equal parts social butterfly, gentle soul, and playful explorer, Tom Nook is your guy! This handsome 2-year-old Siamese mix got his name from the beloved Animal Crossing raccoon - his striped back and tail make the resemblance uncanny. But unlike his namesake, Tommy won’t charge you rent—he’ll just ask for a few feather toys and a cozy lap now and then. Tommy is an incredibly easygoing and affectionate boy who adapts quickly to new environments. Whether he’s meeting new people (he loves strangers!) or exploring a new space, he does it all with calm curiosity and confidence. He’s not overly needy, but he adores interacting with his humans, especially when it involves interactive toys that move or feathers to chase! You’ll often find him rolling on his back for belly rubs, softly purring, or gently meowing to say hello. He’s a wonderful listener and observer - his foster mom swears he understands every word she says. When it’s time to rest, Tommy loves to nap on the hardwood floor or his foster mom’s desk, watching the world go by through the window as he people-watches. At night, he might curl up beside you for a short cuddle session before finding his favorite cool spot nearby. He’s also a big fan of being brushed and will happily sit for a spa session - just keep the blow-dryer, blender, and big scary hair clips far away, please! Tommy has been dog-tested and does just fine with small, respectful dogs - he’s indifferent to their presence as long as they give him his space. He’s a sweet, laid-back boy with no mean bone in his body, occasionally getting the zoomies, just to remind you that life is meant to be enjoyed. After a tough start surviving on the streets, Tommy is ready for the calm, loving home he’s always deserved - a place where he can chase feather toys, watch the world from a sunny window, and know he’s finally safe. Tom Nook is ready to meet his forever family - could it be yours? All our cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV, FVRCP vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped. All of our kittens must go to homes where they will remain inside 24/7. We'd love to schedule a meet & greet with you and the kittens! Story
This 3-yr-old sweet, but slightly sassy, snugglebug is looking for her forever home where she can be loved & adored as the pampered princess she is. She was found in the backyard, but it quickly became obvious that this was a indoor kitty at heart with lots of love to give to her preferred humans (unfortunately, we already have 3 indoor cats of our own, and can't keep her). She's a little nervous around new people still, but has been gaining confidence and learning to be brave. Her favorite activities are snuggling by her human's side, watching birds through the window (but no more being outside with them, thank you very much!), and getting treats. She's learning how to play, and has discovered balls that go round & fuzzy toys that move - what fun! She may be okay with other adult cats, as long as they're mellow and not in-her-face types, but kittens & other high strung females are probably not a good fit. Adoption fee will go to support the Homeless Cat Network.
