We no longer accept PayPal because of the percentage they take & their fees but if the potential adopter is willing to pay them we will accept PayPal. The evil for these amazing souls is never ending. The absolutely stunning, mind body & soul of James Bond was being used as a breeding machine in a puppy mill in Missouri to make money off his back. We were able to bid on him & in fact bought him to stop having a life of misery over & over again for evil human beings to make money off him. Living his life outside in the stinking heat day after day then in the freezing cold in winter time in a metal tin can of a shed was over. His life was instantly changing in that moment & only for the better. On this day we rescued a total of 21 breeding mum & dads & puppies who all they knew was to breed in a life of hell & then being sold. Now the real healing, love & devotion could begin & show James Bond how he is supposed to be loved & adored in a loving forever home. James Bond was bought back to the WA state where he is now is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find his new loving devoted forever home. Look at this boy, it’s so bloody sad what he had to go through. This little man is loving & sweet & just wants to be with you. He gets so excited when he sees one of our ladies as he loves her. The horror he endured on his little body & mind all to make money off his back is so disgusting. After everything he has been through he is still a lovely soul. He is beyond grateful to get out of that hell hole he was in & radiates gratitude. James Bond lets you pick him up & lets you give him kisses & hugs. He adores receiving love. The reality is, the foster homes are his real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding he can snuggle up in, a roof over his head that’s not outside. Watching him go into his very first real home, foster home was such a joy to see. Make room in your bed for James Bond as he will want to sleep with you. He adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something he did not get to experience ever until he was rescued. This boy is the biggest joy of a soul you will ever meet. He is so grateful for his new life. James Bond was never taught to walk on a harness a leash until we taught him to walk on a slip lead & now he is a wonderful walker & loves to go on his walks. He does not discriminate against breeds. He adores running & playing & chasing his dog friends in the backyard & inside. He has always been with other dogs & he adores other dogs so in his forever home another dog or dogs is mandatory in his forever home for him to have his best life. James Bond rides beautifully in the car & considering the only times we know of was when he went to auction to be sold & when we got him & going with us to places & home with him foster family & back & forth to the vets & he has done so amazing in the car. We are looking for a crate free home for this little lad only. He spent his whole life confined for breeding. James Bond as you can imagine spent such a long time in a caged environment. We are also looking for a forever home for James Bond where someone is home during the day or he can go with his people wherever possibly he can go with them. When they find someone who treats them as they should be treated & loves them they get so attached to them. James Bond is looking for a forever home who will cherish him & love him as he should be loved & be patient with him & never give up on him. James Bond has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes in the rescue & in his foster home & he is currently with other dogs & adores other dogs. We also tested him in a daycare & he was the perfect gentleman. James Bond needs to go to a forever home with another dog or dogs in the home, he enjoys the company of other dogs & we currently have him with other dogs in his loving foster home. Please do not apply saying your neighbors have a dog or family members or you will take him to places where there are other dogs. That will not work, another dog or dogs is mandatory along with a fully fenced backyard. James Bond is roughly 10.8 lbs & he is 2 years old. He has put on weight since being in the rescue. He is a Yorkshire terrier, what he is mixed with we don’t know? He had a dental, dental x-rays & a scale & polish. He was also treated for an ear infection & had a long lasting ear meds Claro applied in his ears for treatment. James Bond is up to date on his shots, including DHLPP, Bordatella, rabies & dewormed. We have spent far more on James Bond with paying for him from a puppy mill auction in Missouri. Bringing him to WA with his travel costs, his transportation to WA. All of his medical care in WA etc & bringing him to WA then his adoption fee comes close to covering. His adoption fee does not even cover half of what we have spent on James Bond. James Bond has not been around cats since being in the rescue, but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together & we have not had him around small children so we do not recommend small children nor cats & it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & cats. We were not there when James Bond was conceived so we do not know who his parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think his breed is. As with all of our rescues & James Bond’s friends he will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is James Bond potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying. Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting James Bond & going through our process and have read his listing fully to the end & are wanting to adopt. If you are not responsive to our calls, emails or your references do not respond we will move on. Or you waste this rescues time, will remove your application from our system. You must be willing to go through our screening process which includes your references being checked, a phone interview & a virtual home visit via WebEx or Zoom due to covid & followed by a meet & greet & if it’s a good fit, up to our discretion. We will only be accepting applications for James Bond who understands his needs & that meet all the requirements for this special sweet little lad. Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. We do not hold onto dogs for people as our goal is to save lives & please do not submit an application if you are not ready to adopt. We also cannot respond to every application unfortunately. James Bond has an adoption fee of $1585 & is ready for his truly loving forever home & compassion & understanding of what he has been through.

This little dude weighs a whopping 4.5 pounds! He would make a great companion that wants a little dog to tag along with them everywhere they go. He loves to be with humans and ride in the car. He's a very playful and active boy. Gucci has been around older kids (over 9 years old) but he has never been around younger children or babies yet. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Before you get attached to me, read all the way to the bottom. You will see that I am still in Texas- My rescue will make all arrangements for me to travel to you as soon as I am adopted. Note: The above bio on the dog reflects the behavior we have observed in the dog's foster home. We provide adopters current information on our dogs; we cannot guarantee they will behave in the same manner in a different environment with new owners. Please be advised that our dogs are adopted to their forever families prior to being transported. Unfortunately, it is not possible to meet the dogs in person prior to adoption. We will Facetime, Zoom and you may speak with the dog foster family. We only send well behaved, well rounded dogs, sending anything other fails the dogs. We expect our dogs to be adopted by families who understand- these are rescue dogs, they will need time to decompress, routine and stability. We put our lives into saving these dogs- we expect their new families to be prepared for a lifetime commitment before applying- dogs are not recyclable. Please do not send an email inquiring about a dog. Please fill out the adoption application found at https://www.rangersreach.org/ We are 100% volunteer ran and you have no clue how bad it is down here; we try as hard as we can to get through applications as fast as possible. If we spend all our time answering inquires and emails, we have no time to look over applications. Please do not apply until you are ready to bring a new furry family member home. We do not hold dogs for any reason. We do try to be fair and go in the order applications are received. If no response, decision, or adoption is made we must move on to the next application. Applying for a dog does not guarantee that you will receive that dog.

HI - I'M GIDGET! I'm a 10-year-old Yorkie Terrier rescued from a shelter not too long ago, and am so happy to be out of there! I was sad and depressed there, and wasn't eating -- but since leaving the shelter I'm like a new girl with a sparkle in my eye and a spring in my step! I'm spunky and feisty and ready to take on the world! I get along well with other dogs but can be a bit bossy, so terrier experience is a plus if you live in a multi-dog household. I'm a sweet older girl who would love a forever home. I weigh 13 lbs. Please email for an application.

Fill out the form, save it to your hard drive, then email back to sian@gingerspetrescue.org Hi!!  My name is Dahlia from Korea and I am a wonderful approx.4 yr old female Yorkshire Terrier.  I am about 8 lbs. and hoping to find a forever home.  I am friendly and was saved from an illegal Breeding Farm in South Korea.  I was rescued with many others by local activists from the horrific conditions we were in.  I fought to survive everyday and was so badly neglected.  Korea kills an estimated 1.5 -2 million dogs a year to be eaten.  I just want a chance to be part of a family and for someone to love and care for me.  I am so lucky to get a one-way ticket to Seattle to find my new family.  Take me on car rides, walks in the park and I will become your best friend.  I get along well with people of all ages, gentle kids, and other dogs.  I will do best with a loving family that can give me lots of love and affection!  On all overseas adoption, we highly recommend our pet rescue dog trainer who will come to your home and help train your new pup for only $75.  My adoption fee of $1,595 will cover my spay/neuter, DA2PP shots, Rabies, Bordetella, Deworm, Heart Worm Test, Microchip, Boarding Fees, Health Certificate and airline transport cost from Korea to Seattle.  A GPS tracker or Apple AirTag is required for all adopted dogs. You can bring your own when adopting or you can purchase an AirTag from us.  The adoption fee is firm and helps save the life of another dog needing rescue and our other dogs in need of medical care.  We do not guarantee the breed and age of the dogs.  Donations are always appreciated to help pay down our vet bills at Greenwood Vet.  Ginger's Pet Rescue is a non-profit 501C-3 organization.  Please e-mail at  admin@gingerspetrescue.org  for an adoption application. Story
Lilianna is a 4-year-old Yorkie Terrier mix and weighs about 22 lbs. She was found as a stray in CA and is currently in a foster home. She is potty-trained. No kids for now. She is extremely smart but has a sense of independence. She's stubborn and will listen when she's ready. She can be a flight risk since she won't come on command. Good with other dogs. She'll take some work not to be so shy and skittish, but she's sweet and can do the work if you win her heart. Lilianna can be nervous and won't enjoy long car rides or new places. She is spayed and microchipped. She's up to date on vaccination, and her fee is $550.

FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED: Meet Toby! He is a 7-year-old, Yorkshire/Australian Terrier who came to us from an overcrowded shelter in CA. He is currently in a foster home and here is what his foster has to say about him… If you are looking for the happiest, cutest doggy in the world HERE I AM! I want nothing more than to be cuddled in the crook of your arm and have my belly scratched – that is my happy place! I am missing one eye but that doesn't slow me down one bit. I love to talk but I can communicate with my intelligent little face too. I have lots of energy and love to play with toys and fetch. I also love to ride in my seat in the car and hold your hand. I like to snuggle at night but I am itty bitty and will need steps to get up and down from the bed on my own. I am partially house trained, I will tell you when I need to go out and sometimes that is a lot, especially if I am nervous or excited. I get so excited and happy that I almost vibrate and my little tail just goes crazy. I know some tricks like sit and stay – I may know more, why don’t we find out together? I just want to make you happy and I am smart! I LOVE FOOD! FOOD FOOD FOOD! I am still a little food aggressive but I don’t bite and I am smart enough to learn “gentle” when taking food. I also think I am sensitive to grains so I will need a grain free diet. I walk great on a leash and pretty fast too. I LOVE to go for walks and hope you will too. Toby would prefer to be an only dog where he can get all of the love and attention. He does not prefer the companionship of other dogs. I would do best in a quiet adult only home with someone who is home much of the time. I will require regular grooming. I will make you smile all the time! Come love me! Toby is up to date on vaccinations, neutered and microchipped. His adoption fee is $350.

The adoption fee is due on the day of adoption in the form of a check, Chase Quick Pay via Zelle, PayPal, or cash. The unthinkable these sweet souls go through is pure evil. The very gentle Santa once had a home in Korea but his owner was in the final stages of their life with cancer & decided to just leave Santa abandoned in the home by himself with no one at all. Thankfully the Korean rescue rescued our adorable Santa & placed him in a loving foster home in Korea. No one was still coming to give this boy a loving forever home. Unfortunately he still could not find a home in Korea & we were asked could we help this beautiful boy & it was our pleasure to. Santa was rescued by the amazing Korean rescue & just as always we are beyond grateful to the Korean rescue & we are so extremely grateful for what they do day in & day out for these babies & there is also such a great financial responsibility when rescuing these babies so we cannot begin to thank them enough. Santa was bought back to the USA where he is now a US citizen & is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find his new loving devoted forever home. This soft gentle soul has been abandoned & left for dead but you would not know it with his wonderful & oh so forgiving personality. Santa has a lovely personality, he is warm, friendly & affectionate & enjoys a good outing. Did we mention you can pick this beautiful boy up & he will let you carry him? He loves to receive love & hugs & kisses. He also enjoys a windy day with the wind in his face. When Santa arrived to us he had waft appeared to be an old black scar on his right left leg from a previous injury but we will never know what happened to him there. He is doing well walking on his harness & leash & loved going on walks in Korea & does well here on his outings. He did end up having a foster home in Korea who worked with him & helped him flourish. We do know he adores dogs, he loves them & he absolutely needs another dog or dogs in the home for her to play with, this is mandatory. We currently have Santa with other dogs. Did we mention this boy loves a good outfit, well yes he does. In Korea in his foster home he always had an outfit on. He also is good with both male & females. Having toys & a warm bed is all new to Santa until he went into his foster home in Korea & he loves toys, especially the squeaky toys so get the toy box ready for this sweet boy. Santa’s new forever home must have a fully fenced backyard. Santa is good with being bathed & is even good when being dried with a hairdryer. Santa rides beautifully in the car & loves a good journey, so great in the car. We are looking for a crate free home for this little lady only. Santa does not like crates & who could blame him after being abandoned the way he was in Korea. We are also looking for a forever home for Santa where someone is home during the day or he can go with his people wherever possibly he can go with them. Santa is looking for a forever home who will cherish him & love him as he should be loved & be patient with him. Santa has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes & he is currently with other dogs & does well. Santa needs to go to a forever home with another dog or dogs in the home, he really enjoys the company of other dogs & we currently have him with other dogs. This is mandatory along with a fully fenced secure backyard. Santa is roughly 9.2 lbs & has put on weight with us. When we got him, he was a little skinny. He is 6 years old & perhaps a maltese mix, what he is mixed with we are not sure, male, he is neutered had a dental/scale & polish, he had an incisor removed, he was treated for an ear infection on the outside of his ears & different parts of his body with otomax. He is microchipped, had a skin scrapping done & it was negative for anything. His left front leg has a dark pigmented spot on his leg that was from an old wound in Korea that they do not not know what happened with his previous owner. He is up to date on her shots, including DHLPP, Bordatella, CIV, rabies, treated with credelio & dewormed. We have spent far more on Santa with bringing him to the US with hid travel costs, his medical, his dental, boarding fees etc & bringing him to WA than his adoption fee covers. Santa has not been around cats since being in the rescue, but in Korea he was in a foster home with cats & could care less. But it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together & we have not had him around small children so we do not recommend small children nor cats & it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & cats. We were not there when Santa was conceived so we do not know who his parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think his breed is. As with all of our rescues & Santa friends he will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Santa potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. The heinous life Iris lived before we rescued her is unacceptable. Iris’s mind body & soul was been used as a breeding machine in a puppy mill in Missouri to make money off her back & had we not bid on her & all the other amazing dogs they would of been sold again to continued to be used to breed & live a disgusting life in a cage. We were able to bid on her & in fact bought her to stop having a life of misery over & over again for evil human beings to make money off her. Living her life outside in the stinking heat day after day then in the freezing cold in winter time in a metal tin can of a shed was over. Her life was instantly changing in that moment & only for the better. On this day we rescued a total of 14 breeding mums & dads & puppies who all they knew was to breed in a life of hell & then being sold to start the cycle all over again. Of course when we rescue these amazing souls they have had no veterinary care whatsoever & we have to start from scratch. Now the real healing, love & devotion could begin & show Iris how she is supposed to be loved & adored in a loving forever home. Iris was bought back to the WA state where she now is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find her new loving devoted forever home. Straight from the moment Iris was rescued we knew she was so special. She even got to ride shotgun when rescued as she was instantly a favorite for being so sweet. Her foster mum said her tail does not stop wagging, she is always happy even when her foster mum or dad just picks her up to give her love her tails doesn’t stop. This was a scary one for this girl, if we had not been there & bid as much as we did she would of ended continued to be used as breeding machine for as long as a breeder wanted to breed her. As it is, who knows how many liters of puppies she has already had? She had to be shaved down in some areas as she did have some matting. But she was so scary skinny when we rescued her. Her tail bone & hips protruded & they still do but she has put on weight since being in her lovely foster home but absolutely would need to put on more weight in her forever home. Her foster family said since they have had Iris her whole coat has changed being more healthy & her cost changed in color since she is now getting great nutrition. She is good with her baths & adjusted to being groomed, but not a fan of the hairdryer but is getting used to it. She does not enjoy her feet being shaved on her pads. For everything she has been through, she adapted quite quickly to her very devoted foster home. Her foster mum & dad said she is just so easy & such a sweetheart that sometimes they don’t even know she is there. They said she is a very smart & picked up on everything very quickly. Her foster mum will be preparing her & her foster siblings their food & while waiting she will be asleep at her feet with her foster siblings. She adores being picked up & held & cuddled they said, she just wants to be loved & she loves them back. Her foster mum also said she likes to go for wander & do her own thing. The reality is, the foster homes are her real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding she can snuggle up in, a roof over her head that’s not outside. When she first arrived in her foster home she did not know what to do with the food & treats. But now she knows exactly what is going on & doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to eating. She is now obsessed with food in her foster home. Originally she could take it or leave it but now woofs down her food. In her foster home all of her food is made for her & she eats clean, with fruits, vegetables, proteins & grains. She adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something she did not get to experience ever until she was rescued. She will want to snuggle up in bed with you & she doesn’t take up hardly any room het foster family said as she curls up in a ball. She would still need work walking on her harness & leash as it’s all completely new to her. In her foster home she explores the fully fenced backyard & loves to sit outside in the sun but not for to long because she thinks she will be left outside. She does not discriminate against breeds. But she can be bossy & want to be the boss especially if a dog is being naughty to her, she will sometimes be the fun police but will then want to snuggle up with that dog. Iris rides beautifully in the car & considering the only times we know of was when she went to auction to be sold & when we got her & going home with her foster family & she has done so amazing in the car with her foster mum. We are looking for a crate free home for this little lady only. She hates crates & will refuses to go near them. Iris as you can imagine spent the first part of her life in a caged environment. We are also looking for a forever home for Iris where someone is home during the day or she can go with her people wherever possibly she can go with them. Iris is looking for a forever home who will cherish her & love her as she should be loved & be patient with her & never give up on her. Iris has been around many breeds of dogs all shapes & sizes in the rescue & in her foster home & she is currently with other dogs & adores other dogs. Iris needs to go to a forever home with another dog or dogs in the home, she enjoys the company of other dogs & we currently have her with other dogs in her loving foster home. Please do not apply saying your neighbors have a dog or family members or you will take her to places where there are other dogs. That will not work, another dog or dogs is mandatory along with a fully fenced backyard. Iris is roughly 13 lbs, she is 5 years old. She is a Lhasa apso & what she is mixed with we are not sure, female, she is spayed by laser by our wonderful vets. She received a dental scale & polish, dental x-rays along with gum surgery & extraction of 4 premolar’s intermediate removed. She is microchipped, had all her shots, including DHLPP, Bordatella, rabies & dewormed. We have spent far more on Iris with paying for her from a puppy mill auction in Missouri. Bringing her to WA with her travel costs, her flight fees flying her to WA. All of her medical care in WA including, neuter by laser etc & bringing her to WA then her adoption fee comes close to covering. Her adoption fee does not even come close to covering half of what we have spent on Iris. Iris has not been around cats since being in the rescue, but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together & we have not had her around small children so we do not recommend small children nor cats & it’s always up to the family to be responsible with their children & cats. We were not there when Iris was conceived so we do not know who her parents were & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think her breed is. As with all of our rescues & Iris’s friends she will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training. Please do not email us asking is Lila potty trained or available, nor do we ship dogs anywhere as we will not respond. We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training in their new home will in fact take them to training & not just say they will when applying. Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Iris & going through our process and have read her listing fully to the end & are wanting to adopt. We will only be accepting applications for Iris who understands her needs & that meet all the requirements for this special sweet little lady. Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. We do not hold onto dogs for people as our goal is to save lives & please do not submit an application if you are not ready to adopt. We also cannot respond to every application unfortunately. Iris has an adoption fee of $1585 & is ready for her truly loving forever home & compassion & understanding of what she has been through.

Fred mind body & soul was being used as a breeding machine in a puppy mill in Missouri to make money off his back & had we of not bid on him & his son & many more sweet souls they would of continued to use his little body. On this day we rescued a total of 14 breeding mum & dads & puppies who all they knew was to breed in a life of hell & then being sold to start the cycle all over again. Of course when we rescue these amazing souls they have had no veterinary care whatsoever & we have to start from scratch. Now the real healing, love & devotion could begin & show Fred how he is supposed to be loved & adored in a loving forever home. Fred was bought back to the WA state where he now is so happy to be here & can’t wait to find his new loving devoted forever home. This was a scary one for this boy, if we had not been there & bid as much as we did he would of ended up being used again as a breeding machine for as long as a breeder wanted to breed him. That already was his previous life. For everything he has been through, he adapted well to his very devoted foster home. He had to be shaved down because he was matted but loves a good bath & being brushed & had gotten used to being dried by a hairdryer. His foster mum said he had to learn everything. He listens to his foster mum but ignores his foster dad. He likes to sit in the kitchen with his foster siblings while waiting for his food or a treat. His foster mum said that at first she had to build trust with him but now she has he trust her & he loves her. He enjoys her picking him up & giving him love. She said this boy does not have a mean bone in his body & is a sweetheart, She said he likes to sleep on the blankets with his dog friends. The reality is, the foster homes are his real first experience at being in a home, with a tv, bedding he can snuggle up in, a roof over his head that’s not outside. When he first arrived in his foster home he did not know what to do with the food & treats. But now with his food & treats he will knock you over with enthusiasm to get to that food. Nothing stands in his way when it comes to food. He is obsessed with it. In his foster home all of his food is made for him & he eats clean. He adores comfy beds & big comfy blankets because again the reality is, this is something he did not get to experience ever until he was rescued. He would still need work walking on his harness & leash but has been taught in the rescue to walk on a slip lead. In his foster home at first he would go into the backyard & not want to come inside but decide he would then would & run away from his foster mum or dad. His foster mum was so patient with him & now when he wants to come in. He gives her a bark & she walks outside & he waits for her to pick him up & bring him in. Once she picks him up he gives her kisses. He adores sitting outside in the backyard & just taking it all in. He does not discriminate against breeds. Fred rides beautifully in the car & considering the only times we know of was when he went to auction to be sold & when we got him & going home with his foster family & he has done so amazing in the car.
