Hey y'all the name is Doc, but my foster mom calls me Teddy. I'm 7 years old but even though I'm considered a senior that doesn't stop me. I love to play, but I also love to sleep right on top of my hooman. Snuggles are my all-time favorite thing to do. I enjoy the company of other dogs, but please slow introductions. I do have a little bit of arthritis in my back legs so I hope my new family can keep me on joint supplements and pain medication when needed. Those two things help me get around so much better. The volunteers describe Chico as very sweet and friendly. He is quiet in his kennel and spends most of his time curled up on his Kuranda bed. Chico is a very chill, older boy who would thrive in a new forever home with lots of treats, love, and a super comfy bed. This very handsome boy is Bullet! He was surrendered to the shelter on 12/5 because his owner was evicted from their home and had to move in with family where dogs aren't allowed. His former owner did note that Bullet is house and crate trained, good with kids, and good with other dogs. They also mentioned that Bullet likes to be wrapped up in blankets and loves to cuddle. The volunteers describe Bullet as a friendly boy who is playful and fun-loving! It does appear as though Bullet is a little underweight, so with a good diet and a little TLC he'll be back to feeling and looking his best in no time. At 4 years old, she’s settled into a wonderfully relaxed stage of life and carries herself with quiet confidence. She has excellent manners, sits politely for her treats, and seems happiest simply being near the people who care for her. Maggie’s peaceful demeanor makes her a joy to spend time with, whether you’re enjoying a calm walk or sharing a quiet moment together. Unfortunately, Maggie did test positive for heartworms, but with proper treatment and care he/she can go on to live a long and healthy life.
