Approximate age / Weight: 1 year old and 40 lbs. Oh, hello (drops toy). I didn’t hear you there. Sorry. That’s not true. With these ears I hear everything! Sometimes I just choose not to listen (wink). Don’t worry. It’s probably just a phase. My foster mom says its because I’m a teenager. Can you see me rolling my eyes? Anyways. At times I can be a bit of a handful but I currently live with other dogs and I find them rather annoying. I just need some space of my own to nosh on a bone, gaze out the front window, play with all my toys and snuggle with a human. Is that too much to ask? I’m super smart – aced basic training, exuberant about life in general, totally photogenic, like to watch TV (Wheel of Fortune and golf), and would like to live with human adults who fill my Kong toys with yummy treats (stock up on peanut butter now), teach me lots of new things, let me cuddle hard with them on the couch, and help me be the best girl I can be. Forever Home: I like my daily routine with a few sides of mental stimulation (food puzzle, training tricks) as well as some physical activity to keep me on the straight-and-narrow. In return, you’ll be on the receiving end of the best darn bully snuggles this side of the Mississippi! He enjoys a good snuggle and nap as much as he likes some sunny patio time. Cobi thrives on routine and adapted to living in his foster home easily. Cobi needs space and patience when introduced to new folks, particularly men. He just needs to know that a guy is trustworthy. He absolutely adores his foster dad. Cobi is up for car rides and doesn’t mind trips to the vet. Loves treats and is learning the basics in foster care. Doesn't pull on leash but zig-zags a bit to get to sniffs. Meet Roscoe! This big guy is ready to find his forever home. Roscoe is currently spending some well deserved time in a foster home to get out of the hustle and bustle of shelter life. Roscoe's foster says he is a sweet and silly boy that absolutely loves going for nice long walks to sniff and explore. He was a little nervous when first going to his fosters home and new things around the house scared him. With a little time and patience the foster has helped him build confidence and overcome his fears. Once comfortable, Roscoe can show off his energetic and playful puppy side. He loves to play with plush squeaky toys and would like to have plenty of those around to play with, and also to help him calm down when he's gotten a little overly excited. This sweet guy enjoys snacking on yummy treats, playing with all sorts of toys, and hanging out with his favorite people. Due to Roscoe's nervousness in new situations, and playful energetic side once he is comfortable, he would do best in a home with older children. He is searching for a patient owner that can work with him as he transitions to a new environment and routine and give him time to accliamte. Roscoe lives with a senior dog and middle aged dog in his foster home and, while he is a little too much for the senior, has gotten along well with the other dog and she seems to help him navigate new situations.
