Kali is a sweet girl who has had a tumultuous life. She was found on the streets of Detroit when she was about 5 months old by a family who took her in. Unfortunately, after having more kids they could not give Kali the time and attention she deserved. I adopted her in the winter of 2023 and she is so sweet, loving, and playful. She has been living with cats for the two years I’ve had her and she has not been able to be around them without getting aggressive. For this reason she would do best in a home with no other animals. She has been through training and knows basic commands like sit, place, down, off, and heel. She loves to cuddle on the couch with you and get as close to you as possible. She loves her people very much and is protective of her house. A house with a fenced yard would be best because she loves to run around and explore. She would love to meet you!

The most affectionate dog youll ever meet. I fostered ladybug on behalf of my family’s changed living circumstances. and it was the best decision Ive ever made. She loves doing anything you do, whether its napping all day, sitting on the porch and enjoying the breeze, going hiking, or laying next to you while you watch TV. Shes an absolute cuddle-bug who will do anything to receive affection or playtime. She loves all sorts of people, especially men, and will loyally stay by your side throughout the day. She has an incredibly tolerant disposition- throughout my 3 years of owning her, she never once growled at me, or any other person, despite how much I try to annoy her. Shes gentle despite her size, and will love you as much as you let her! I cant keep her due to my living situation and it has crushed my soul, im looking for a family who will love and cherish this silly goose as much as I have. Shes about 6-7 years old, and seems to have been a mother at some point. Spayed.

Now thriving in her foster home, Queen Regina is being spoiled (as every queen should be!) by her devoted foster mom. She’s learning that people are kind, that soft beds are meant for snuggles, and that life is full of good things like treats, belly rubs, and outdoor adventures. Queen Regina is looking for a forever family who will continue showing her all the love and positivity she deserves. She’d do best in a home that will cherish her gentle spirit, keep her well-fed, and make her feel safe and adored every day. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to a loyal companion with a heart of gold, Queen Regina would love to meet you. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners. 💛 Meet Lieutenant Dan AKA Dan the Man! This big, beautiful boy is the definition of gentle strength. He’s crate trained, walks well on leash (especially for how strong he is!), and has a calm, easygoing personality. Not only are his looks pure handsome.. his personality is top tier and he is truly a perfect little house hippo! He enjoys playing with toys here and there but isn’t the type to tear through the house — he’s laid back and careful, even for his size. When he puts his paws on you, it’s never rough — just his sweet way of saying hi. He can get a little nervous with loud noises or if he thinks he’s in trouble, and although he didn't have the best past, his heart is pure gold. He loves people, loves affection, and just wants to please. He’s still learning some basic commands and working on marking, but with time, patience, and a loving home, he’ll thrive. He shows positive body language when seeing other dogs and we think with proper introductions he would even enjoy having doggy friends! Cats unknown....we don't think he has met any yet! Great with kiddos! He’s a loyal, loving companion waiting for the right person to show him that he’s finally home. 💛 Could that be you?

Meet Dolly!!!! Dolly came to us when she ended up in an overcrowded shelter in Detroit and needed a HERO! One of our AMAZING foster families scooped her up to safety and the rest is history. We estimate Dolly to be 2 years old and she weighs 52 lbs. Dolly is spayed, up to date on vaccines and has also been microchipped. She currently lives with older children, dogs and cats. She does great with dogs and teenagers but she is a little too interested in the cats and small children seem to make her nervous. We would recommend her going to a home without small children and cats. Dolly is also a super smart girl who has already mastered SIT and is both potty trained and crate trained. She is such a sweet girl and just adores her people and wants to be close for love and pets.
