Story
Meet Gotti! Gotti is about 1.5 years old, 30 lbs, and he is a mutt! He was abandoned at a groomers. In his foster home, he is doing great with his house-training, does not enjoy crate-training and does well with leash-walking. He could go to a home with kids 5+ and active, other dogs. Cats are unknown. No apartments, please! His foster says, "Gotti is a very sweet and loving dog. He is also very smart and learns quickly. He loves to run and play with other dogs. He can be a little much for a small dog as he has a lot of energy. He doeseventually calm down though and they are fine. If you sit down he will be right there by you. If you want a jogging or hiking companion Gotti would make a great one. Any adopter who takes in Gotti will be lucky to have him."He is available for adoption in Hopkinton, MA by appointment with an approved adopter. Story
Meet Bindi! She is about 1 year old, 30 lbs, and she likely has some heeler in her mix! In her foster home, she is working hard on house-training, and doing great with crate-training and leash-walking. She could go to a home with kids 10+, other active dogs. No cats, please! Her foster say, "Bindi is the sweetest little ball of energy. If you are looking for a fun furry partner to go walking, jogging, or running, look no more! Oh but wait! She also loves to curl up with you and snuggle up.She has a great temperament and she always seems happy. She has never torn up any of her toys oranything else. She's not a picky eater. She will eat any dry dog food. She just likes hot water over it. Shejust has so much love to give. And she doesn't mind if she's the only fur baby there or not. She will make a great addition to your family. She just wants someone to love her and that she can give all of her love to."She is available for adoption in Hopkinton, MA by appointment with an approved adopter. Story
Donny was brought to us by the person who had no place to keep him in. He was very traumatised and scared because the guy kept him in the crate during the day and in the car during the night. We adopted him, went to the doctor three times, did all the shots and neutered the puppy. He is extremely smart, extremely intelligent and very much attached to us both and our old dog Max. He shows some signs of aggression only in car. He starts barking immediately, if he sees a dog, or someone walking fast or biking. Otherwise he is the best creature in the world. But our condo does not allow us to keep 2 dogs. We got a letter where they warned us: we have to pay 100$ a day and in a month they sue us. We are trying to sell our condo now, but it s stuck. Our old dog Max lives in our friend s house, but they also can’t keep him for more than 2- 3 weeks. With a hard heart I decided to find a good loving and experienced family for my beloved one. :

Story
Laid back? CHECK! Loves to travel? CHECK! Low Maintenance? CHECK! This sweet girl is ready for her new chapter begin. This is Coco, a Shar-pei mix with a lot of love to give. Coco is 10 years old, spayed, house-trained, and a real people lover. Coco came from a veterinarian's office in PA who reached out to rescue when her people could no longer care for her. She is quiet and lo maintenance and happy to follow her people around the house, go for car rides, and walks around the neighborhood. Coco loves toys and treats, but she has to watch her treat intake to keep her girlish figure. As with many dogs of the Shar-pei breed, Coco has some skin issues that required a lot of time to diagnose. She lost a lot of hair and had red, itchy skin for several months. All of that has cleared up now that we discovered she has an allergy to beef. Since her dietary change her fur has filled in and she is looking much happier and healthier. Coco is also dog selective. She can tend to be bossy with other dogs and not like her personal space invaded - don't we all? She will do best in a home with dogs her size - 25lb and up - and who are not much interested in dog to dog interaction. She just likes to do her own thing and quietly coexist with her doggy siblings. If Coco sounds like a good fit for you, please complete an adoption application to have her join your family! Coco is fostered in Smithfield, VA.
