In his foster home, he is working hard on his house-training, crate-training and leash-walking. He could live with other dogs and dog-savvy kids 5+. Cats are unknown.His foster says, "Toby is a very sweet boy. He loves everyone he meets and other dogs as well. He loves to play ball with kids and other dogs.
