Approx DOB: 7/4/22 Approx weight: 40pds Adoption Fee $175 NO CATS.... she has a strong prey drive so probably no small animals that size or smaller to be safe Della is a super smart dog and really wants to please her people. Della is well behaved in the home and knows good house manners. It seems day by day her personality is coming out and we can tell she just wants her own family. She is housebroken and crate trained. We are working on leash training and she is doing better day by day on our walks. Della does great with dogs medium size but seems to want to dominate some dogs that are larger then her. We are still working with her on learning how to be friends with those sizes. She loves toys especially balls. Della has been spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative and microchipped. DOB: 8/1/24 Current Weight(as of 12/06/24): 30 Lbs Adoption Fee: $275 includes 1 week trial to ensure everyone's happiness. Herschel and his siblings were dumped in a park in Nevada, MO. The shelter did find the owners and were told they were not able to care for them, so they dumped them. Their Dad was supposedly a Boxer and their Mom a Red Heeler. These pups will need an active home with a fenced yard. Puppies are NOT housebroken and should not be expected to wait more than 1 hour for each month of age to go out to potty. Please make sure that you have a “potty plan” in place if considering adoption. All of our puppies have been spay/neuter, wormed, microchipped, and given age appropriate vaccinations. If you are interested in meeting/adopting one of them just fill out a application at www.furrykidsrefuge.org, click on the 'Adopt A Dog' icon and a dedicated volunteer will be in touch.
