Let Cami be the queen of your castle! She is such a sweet, shy girl who wants desperately to be loved and we have no doubt that she will steal your heart. She enjoys peaceful activities with her people. (Check out her fishing adventure in Minnesota last winter!) It's going to take Cami a bit to trust and she'd appreciate a home where there aren't a bunch of visitors coming and going. While she can be picky about her canine friends, a super social dog might just do the trick. Of course, Cami would be perfectly satisfied being your one and only, too. Either way, she promises to love you to the moon and back! Cami's around eight years old and is a very polite house guest. She's quiet, doesn't get into things she shouldn't, and already knows to do her business outside. Call or text The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387 for more info on Cami. She's staying with us in Beloit, Kansas, but transport is available to the right home. #thepetconnection #adoptdontshop #socute #happy

Story
Meet Mister, a 3-year-old sweetheart with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. This friendly boy is still finding his footing in the shelter, but he’s already showing what a wonderful companion he’ll be. Some dogs just need a little extra time to settle in, and Mister is hoping for a patient family who will let him blossom at his own pace. He loves to explore the great outdoors—our resident sniffari king! Whether it’s strolling through the park or taking in all the new smells on a neighborhood walk, Mister is happiest when he’s out adventuring. He already knows “sit” and would love to keep learning more. Mister can’t wait to find his forever family and start a lifetime of love, adventures, and cherished memories together.Mister can be a little selective with doggy friends, but with the right match, he’d love a canine buddy! Bring your pup along so our staff can help with introductions and see if they’re a good fit! Mister is neutered, microchipped, up to date on his vaccinations, and ready for his forever home! His ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED! We want all our dogs to have homes as quickly as possible. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.

He’s still polishing up his skills, but he’s making great progress every day and just needs a patient, committed family to help him grow into the amazing dog he’s meant to be. If you’re looking for a smart, loyal, and energetic companion, Surly is your guy! He can’t wait to find his forever family and join them on a lifetime of adventures!Surly would love to meet any potential canine siblings! Story
Hiro, is an 8 year old male australian shepherd. I rescued him 3 years ago in the mountains of Utah. Tracked down his owner and decided to keep him. He loves to play fetch non stop. He thinks he is a lap dog when being petted. He is good with kids. They like to carry the ball or toy around and have Hiro follow them. We are only rehoming him because he has become to dominate over our Black Lab. He will make a good one dog family or if you able to train him with other dogs.
