🎁✨ Meet Loki - The Sweetest Little Holiday Helper! ✨🎁 Loki may not be Santa’s official reindeer, but he definitely brings the cheer. This lovable pup is curious, playful, and always ready to join you for whatever holiday adventure (or cozy nap) you have planned. 🎄Loki’s Cozy Christmas Qualities: 🦴 Playtime Buddy: Loki enjoys toys, especially when he can proudly prance around with his Nylabone like it’s the greatest present ever unwrapped. ☃️ Cuddle & Cocoa Time? He’s all in. After a little play, he loves curling up next to you like the perfect heated blanket you didn’t know you needed. 🎁 Dog-Friendly & Gentle: Loki gets along wonderfully with other pups and loves being part of the fun — sharing toys, sharing space, and sharing love. 🧦 Holiday Sock Collector: Listen, everyone has a hobby. Loki’s might involve gently “borrowing” laundry if you forget to close the door. Consider it festive tidying… with personality. ✨ House-Trained & Polite: He knows how to let you know when it’s time to go outside, and he minds his manners like the polite little gentleman he is. 🎅 Generous Spirit: No guarding, no grinchiness - Loki is happy to share toys, treats, and affection with the people and pets around him. 💚❤️ Loki is a warm, loving companion who brings just the right amount of joy, playfulness, and snuggle season vibes. If you’re looking for a pup who will make your home feel even cozier this holiday, he may be your perfect match. 🎄🐾 Adopt Loki and bring a little extra magic home this season! ✨🦴

Location: Wayside Waifs CampusMy Friends at Wayside say: - I’m smart and food/treat motivated.- I already know some commands!- Volunteers say that I walk well on leash here at the shelter. My home needs are: - Wayside recommends you bring your dog to meet me before adoption to ensure we can be buddies.Hi, I’m Shark Tank! I may be an older lady at 8 years young, but I promise you, I don`t let my age slow me down one bit! I`m a beautiful Red Heeler with a lot of love, smarts, and an endless appetite to offer.Let`s get one thing straight: I am extremely food motivated (I am a Heeler, after all!). If you`re looking for a dog who will happily vacuum up any rogue crumbs, I`m your girl! This motivation also means I`m super smart and eager to work for treats. I already know some of my basic commands, and I`d love to learn more if you’ll teach me!When we go for walks, I’m a perfect lady! My friends at Wayside say that I walk well on a leash, and I enjoy taking in the sights. I’m quite the sweet companion and would make a great fit for a variety of homes. As for other dogs, I prefer to coexist rather than get into the thick of puppy play. If you already have doggie friends at home, I’d like to meet them first to make sure we can agree on boundaries. I`m looking for a comfortable, loving home where I can continue to enjoy my golden years with plenty of yummy snacks and gentle walks. Ready to adopt the smartest, sweetest vacuum cleaner you`ll ever meet? I`m waiting for you!Love, Shark Tank

Story
Meet Ziggy! This boy is a super speedy ball of energy and FUN! You absolutely can never get bored with him around. It's difficult to tell in a photo, but he is a super fun sized guy weighing in at only 38 lbs.! He's the perfect fit if you're looking for someone who can kick it with the big dogs, and has a big personality, but in a compact size! Ziggy is about 5 years old, he loves to play with his friends and definitely keeps us all laughing with his goofy, zoomie personality. Ziggy craves social interaction, from humans and other dogs. His previous owner left him alone on a tie out often, which caused him to have some separation anxiety. Having other dogs to play with has definitely helped him in this area, but he will still need a home where he will not be alone long hours of the day everyday. He would also do best in a home with a canine companion to play with. Ziggy will need an active family, he is a fun loving, high energy dog. He would not be an appropriate fit for someone who does not have the time to give him a lot of daily exercise and activity. Ziggy loves kids, but he is pretty hyper and needs to work on manners, so he may be to much for small toddlers and babies. However, older kids would be okay. Ziggy needs at least a 6 foot fence for any home with a yard, he can jump a four foot fence. Ziggy would be best in a home without cats or really tiny dogs as he wants to chase and play and is just a little to much for them. He is crate trained and should transition into housetraining quickly. If you have another dog, we will want to introduce them to ensure that they get along well.
