He knows the commands Sit, Stay, Wait, Down (lay down), Come, Off (get off furniture or people), and Go to Bed. He is crate trained, house broken, leash trained, and has been trained not to get on the couch or bed. He is a sweet friendly dog who loves activity and people. Goose needs a family with older children that can play and run around with him or a family that is very active and willing to take him along for the ride! He loves a great game of fetch and to go on runs or walks.

Meet Gunner! Gunner is a 4 year old Aussie/great Pyrenees mix. He is around 75 pounds current on vaccinations, neutered, and on prevention. Gunner is the biggest goofy love bug of all time! Gunner can be people selective so proper introductions are necessary. Once he knows you he is your best friend forever! Gunner says his Furever home would need to have a big fenced yard because he loves to run and be goofy especially when is chilly out! His forever home also needs to be one without children or cats as they cause a lot of commotion that makes him uneasy. Gunner loves walks and to play tug with anyone that will play with him. He is very vocal and talks to you when he wants to engage which is super cute.  Gunner is currently fostered with his trainer and would need to stay somewhat local to Auburn GA. Gunner is picky about the dogs he wants to play with so best he was the only dog or a calm female could work in his ideal home. Gunner has been though a lot in his 4 years and is looking for new positive adventures. Gunner is super active and needs his person to be as well!!!! Shadow  (Puddin’head/Peanut) is a 1.5 year-old, beautiful, honey colored, long haired mix with gorgeous golden eyes who weighs 44 pounds. He is up to date on his vetting and is healthy and very happy. He was found on a dirt road, next to an expressway. He was very friendly and waggy - and was quite willing to be put in the truck to go to his new foster home. He apparently hadn’t been inside a house before but once he met his foster sister, PrettyGurl - who showed him the ropes, he took to indoor living like a champ. He quickly became housetrained with the use of doggy doors. He plays well with other dogs. We don’t know about cats... or chickens. He is named Shadow because he follows his dad wherever he goes. Shadow had some abandonment anxiety and tended to chew on things he would find around the house when he was left alone. (Bedroom shoes, pillows, etc.) He is much better about not chewing things now that he realizes his person will come back home. He probably would be best with a family where someone is home during the day. He needs a fenced in area for the use of his doggy door. He is working on walking easily on a leash. He mostly just wants to be walking with his human. He loves this great concept of being petted and loved and fed and being part of a family. Shadow does not like crates. Shadow is still a puppy as far as learning about the good life of living with a family and needs someone willing to keep working patiently with him to teach him manners. ##1734990##

Rocky is an active working dog who would do best in a home that can provide both physical and mental stimulation on a daily basis.  He is a super smart boy and bonds very strongly with his owner. Sometimes that can get him into trouble as he thinks he should have ALL that person's attention. Rocky needs a strong owner who will set boundaries and train with him.   We will not place him in a home with children due to his strong herding instinct.   He would be a good sport dog prospect and will make an amazing best friend for the right person!  ##1663471##
