He is crate trained, house broken, leash trained, and has been trained not to get on the couch or bed. He is a sweet friendly dog who loves activity and people. Goose needs a family with older children that can play and run around with him or a family that is very active and willing to take him along for the ride! One of our recent additions is especially excited! Asa, named after Asa Newell UGA alumni and current Hawks rookie and first round draft pick, is a gorgeous Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard dog mix who is about a year old. Like his namesake, Asa is young, energetic, and LOVES playing ball! Although our Asa does prefer tennis balls to basketballs. Aside from being fun and incredibly handsome, Asa is also super loving and crate trained! He would truly make an amazing running or hiking partner and will thrive in an active family! This sweet and independent girl thrives on activity and exploration—she absolutely loves to run, play, and spend time outdoors. A securely fenced yard is a must for this curious explorer, and she’ll do best in a home that can provide regular exercise and mental stimulation. Sierra can be a bit shy at first, but once she knows you, her personality truly blossoms. She becomes affectionate, playful, and will gladly lean in for cuddles and attention.
