Story
Meet this handsome 4-year-old male Australian Shepherd looking for a loving new home. He is very active, playful, and full of energy. He loves playing ball, running around, and being involved in family activities. He is smart, alert, and enjoys attention from people. He would do best with an active family or someone who has time to exercise and play with him daily. A home with a yard would be perfect for him. He has a sweet personality and brings a lot of fun and energy wherever he goes. Rehoming him is a difficult decision, but the goal is to find him a home where he can get the time, attention, and activity he deserves.

Story
Goose is a 1.5 year old Australian Shepherd and Border Collie mix. We received him from a friend who trains dogs. He knows the commands Sit, Stay, Wait, Down (lay down), Come, Off (get off furniture or people), and Go to Bed. He is crate trained, house broken, leash trained, and has been trained not to get on the couch or bed. He is a sweet friendly dog who loves activity and people. Goose needs a family with older children that can play and run around with him or a family that is very active and willing to take him along for the ride! He loves a great game of fetch and to go on runs or walks.

Story
I AM CURRENTLY IN FOSTER!Hi, I’m Orpheus — but my foster family calls me Opie.I’m a sweet, gentle boy with a soft heart and a story that’s still unfolding. While I can be a little shy when meeting new people, I’ve been making beautiful progress in my foster home every day.I absolutely love other dogs — especially my foster sister, who helps me feel safe and brings out my playful side. Having a confident canine friend in my forever home will be really important for helping me continue to grow. With the people I trust, I’m becoming more and more affectionate. I now seek out my foster mom for comfort and companionship, and those quiet moments together are my favorite. I’m also fully housebroken and have been doing great on my leashed walks — I really enjoy getting out and exploring the world at my own pace.I can still be sensitive to new environments, loud noises, or too much going on at once, so I’ll need a calm, patient home that understands I may take a little time to settle in. I do best with gentle energy, predictable routines, and people who let me come to them when I’m ready.I’d thrive in a home with space and a cozy area where I can decompress when I need to. I’m not the type to rush up and greet you right away — but if you’re willing to give me the time and kindness I need, I’ll reward you with a quiet, meaningful bond that’s truly special. If you believe in patience, soft progress, and the joy of watching a shy dog blossom, I might just be your perfect match. ??Currently, I am available for adoption. If you`re interested in adopting me, please fill out an application online or call the Humane Society of Forsyth County at 770-887-6480. Adoption hours are Tuesday through Thursday 11-5 or Friday and Saturday 1-5. All of my love and kisses, Orpheus /(^.^)\",AVAILABLE"

Story
Meet Skyler Skyler is a 7-year-old female Australian Shepherd with the perfect blend of grace, brains and heart. At that wonderful, settled age where the puppy chaos is long gone, she’s all about companionship, loyalty and being near her people. Like many Aussies, Skyler is smart and attentive, the kind of dog who watches you closely and seems to understand more than you say out loud. She’s past the wild child phase and ready to be someone’s steady shadow, walking buddy and couch-side best friend. Whether it’s a relaxed stroll, a car ride adventure or simply hanging out at home, Skyler’s happy place is wherever her humans are. She’s the kind of soulful girl who will look at you like you’re her whole world — because to her, you are. ##2651769##
