Hi everyone my name is Gretchen and I am a three to four-year-old purebred Beagle girl that weighs 35 lb and I found myself homeless in a small town in Tennessee. People said that I was roaming the neighborhood for a while and no one knew who I belonged to. The shelter found Critter Cavalry Rescue to take me and I am looking for a home with a retired man because Critter Cavalry has found that I probably was abused by a woman.  I can be nice to them but I don't want to live with them.   They intimidate me and I am truly very fond of a man's attention.  I am good with other dogs and can hang out with and be best friends forever. I love people and I am friends with every dog and cat that I meet. As you can see, I am a happy girl and they tell me that I'm quite pretty too. No one knows much about me except that I have a sweet smile, a great personality and I love people that let me snuggle with them. I promise that I will be your cuddly snuggle bug and your best friend forever. I am looking for a Beagle loving home. I would welcome children as a part of my life and I can live with other dogs and even cats. They have tested me with everything and said I'm pretty perfect. ❗Current location: in a foster home in South Korea❗ Say hi to OhGong👋 a sweet, friendly boy with a charming black muzzle! He was found on the street in South Korea at 3 months old and taken to a high-risk city shelter along with his five other siblings. Luckily, they were rescued right before euthanasia by the rescue team and started living with other dogs in the local shelter. Despite some time spent at the shelter, Ohgong was given a chance to live in his current foster home in June 2023. His current foster family has been taking good care of him since, and Ohgong has learned how to harmoniously live with people with love, and now he is ready to find his forever home😊 • Personality: Friendly, Sweet, Gentle Just like when OhGong was widely known for his super friendly personality among the shelter staff, he continued to be very loving and sweet to his foster family. He loves to kiss you and be petted by you. His energy level is medium. He is usually calm at home but becomes active when playing with toys! Plus, he is such a gentle walker. • Affinity with - Dogs: Very dog-friendly! He doesn’t even bark towards other dogs. - Cats: He tends to chase cats out of curiosity but doesn’t show aggression. - Adults/Kids: Good with people in general but a little bit shy around male adults / Okay with kids. He is rather indifferent to them. • Walking Manners: Super well-mannered! Pacing with his person without pulling the leash. He responds to “Let’s go” while sniffing around. • Housetrained: Fully housebroken, going potty outdoors as well as using pee-pads indoors • Bathing/Brushing: Tolerates both very well. • Car Rides: Very comfortable with car rides. • Shedding level (1~10): 5-6 • Separation Anxiety: None. He showed some signs of separation anxiety at the beginning of foster, but not anymore when two months of foster passed. He spends most of his time sleeping while he is left alone at home. • Barks/Howls: Almost none. Just a little bit of barking only when greeting his family at home. • Appetite/Food Allergies: No allergies. • Likes/Dislikes: OhGong LOOOVES playing with toys, especially squeaky ones! He seems to even prefer toys to treats. If you have an open heart and a loving home for Ohgong, please don't hesitate to apply!

BAAA-ROO! My name is Kingsten, and I am a classic hound puppy with oodles of happy, sniffy energy. I am so sweet and fun and busy. I arrived at the shelter too skinny and kind of stinky, but I was full of happiness and goodness. I am ready for an awesome home where my new family can take me along for all the adventures. She is 9 years old but does have fun spurts of energy and absolutely does not act her age lol I believe she would be best fit with someone who works from home or is retired and does not have small children and can give her lots of love and attention!
