She is very obedient and being around people comfortably. She is good with dogs and behaves very well when meeting other dogs outdoors; Fan would share her toy and food without getting into fight. She is easy-going by nature; friendly with strangers, kids, other dogs, and cats. She is house & crate trained; a good rider in the car; no barking or chewing behaviors. Fan can fit into any type of family quickly; she will make a great companion pet at home; and a good walking or hiking partner! Fan-Fan’s rescue story: Fan and her two siblings were strays found at a bus parking lot since very young age. The parking lot owner said someone abandoned them when they were around 2-m-o. The parking lot owner just provide food to them but has no intention to keep them for his own; so he contacted us to help finding home for them. Fan went through a complete physical, unfortunately was found with heartworm. After months of thorough treatments, she is fully recovered and has received a clean bill of health. I'm a growing boy that will be around 60lbs as an adult. My friends here at PHS say I'm everything you would expect from a Malinois puppy; energetic, playful, and eager to learn! I'm hoping for a forever family that is familiar with working breeds like me and is willing to continue my training and take me on adventures. I've entered my 'baby shark' phase, so I prefer to live with adults and teens until I have better manners. I'm very smart and have been known to pick up new skills quickly. Please be sure to bring the entire household, including any resident dogs, to meet with me prior to adding me to the family. I tend to have a rowdy playstyle, and I want to make sure we'll be a big happy family before I go home. Additional information about this animal is available as of August 10th, 2024. It will be provided to an interested party or rescue. Dog Day Out notes from last week: Today, I was so happy to get out of my kennel! I got to put on a collar and harness, and I got to go in a car!! I love the car! I wanted to help drive, but my new friends said I should eat cookies instead, so I looked out the window. I love going for walks! We walked a long way! I wanted to be in front, but my friends would stop, so I got to give them snuggles when they did that – I like snuggles more than cookies! We saw so many things! People and dogs and lots and lots of bikes! I don't worry about those things though, I have my friends! I almost tried to catch a squirrel, but it got away. That's okay; I gave more snuggles to my friends! Oh! And on the way back, I took a nap – I loved the quiet time. Three Words to Describe Me are affectionate – snuggly - and friendly. Notes from My Walker: Traviesa is such a delight! She pulls on the leash, but it seems like she just never got a chance to learn how to walk on a leash before. She did amazing on the busy trail – we saw bikes, walkers, and dogs, and she was non-reactive to almost everything. The small, barky dog got her attention, but he started talking first, and she displayed interest, with no reactive lunging or barking. She is not a cookie girl, but she LOVES to snuggle. We love it when dogs on the trail check in with their human friends, but Traviesa was at another level; she would stop and lean in for a hug before continuing the walk! She is a sweet, gentle, loving dog who deserves a home that will let her learn and give her the chance to be a fantastic companion dog.

Lady Haana is a mid size purebred Belgian Malinois with a calm, polite temperament. She’s professionally trained, potty trained, and only barks in true danger—always obedient when asked to stand down. She knows commands like sit, down, come, lie down, shake, jump, and more. I’ve raised Lady Haana since she was a puppy, and she’s truly part of our family. It breaks my heart to rehome her, but due to lifestyle changes, I’m no longer able to give her the time and space she deserves. This decision has not been made lightly. Haana is super friendly and playful. she really loves playing fetch and is used to playing every day. She thrives in a loving, active home where she can get lots of affection, regular park visits, and daily playtime. She would do best with someone who can continue giving her the love, attention, and care she’s used to. She’s in excellent health, and I have all of her medical records available. I’m open to a trial period (temporary stay) if we both feel it’s a good fit.

I’m currently homeless. And I wouldn’t want to give my Luna away, but I’m doing this because it what’s best for both of us. She’s been with me since she was a baby and knows many commands. She is very playful and sweet. And can be protective. She knows how to listen well. And is potty trained or she will let you know that she needs to go since she will wait at the door. She’s 5 now and she was born in February 5. I just hope that wherever she goes it’s somewhere that she’s taken care of of, loved, and where she can continue to live out the rest of her life.
