Trooper’s story is one of incredible resilience. As a young puppy, he was found with a broken jaw and underwent two surgeries to repair it. Due to his injuries, he’s missing the front part of his lower jaw — but don’t tell him that! Trooper doesn’t let it slow him down one bit. He eats, drinks, plays fetch, and enjoys life just like any other dog. His joyful spirit and determination shine through in everything he does, reminding everyone he meets what it means to be strong, happy, and unstoppable. This handsome boy is as smart as he is sweet — he already knows his basic commands, including sit, down, middle, place, and crate. He walks beautifully on leash and is a joy to walk. He loves to learn and is eager to please, especially if you’ve got a ball in hand! He has great ball drive and fetch is easily his favorite sport. Trooper loves to play with other dogs but benefits from slow introductions. Once he warms up, he’s a total goofball. We believe he could be cat workable with proper introductions and structure. We adopted Masher -5 months ago from Ca shelter. He is up to date on shots and flea and tick meds Very sad we cannot continue to raise him. My wife uses a cane now and is the primary caregiver which means she is unable to walk and exercise Masher. We believe he would be a great fit for a family with a yard as he loves to run and play And needs exercise. He loves to walk around our neighborhood. Masher needs a lot of attention. Meet Destiny! Destiny is a special girl who has come along way. She’s about one years old, spayed, vaccinated and micro chipped! Destiny is originally from the Stockton animal shelter where she was found alone in a field. When she was found nobody even knew she was a dog. She looked like a Small neglected hairless bear. Her mouth seemed to be broken and her teeth were sticking out, she had mange, ringworm you name it! Her foster mom rehabilitated her from top to bottom! Destiny could not even find a foster until her current foster mom who has had her from the beginning stepped up to help her! Destiny has now had two surgeries on her palate to repair the hole that was in her mouth. We have no idea exactly what happened but it seem to have either been a firework or something electrical in her mouth which caused her Deformed gums. Destiny currently has a small hole in her palate but is able to eat larger kibble/ground beef and chicken. She is a very energetic puppy with long arms but still is on the small side. She loves to play with dogs and she loves people. She is not very fond of the leash but who knows what she has been through. We are looking for a beautiful home for her that can give her everything she ever deserved. She would do great with puppy training classes. She likes to jump and say hi to you. She also has her tongue sticking out so she loves her kisses as well. But whatever she likes to do we let her because she has been through so much and now she can finally can be herself!! She is around 35 pounds right now and we don’t think she is going to grow anymore. Her breed is very hard to pinpoint but we were thinking she might be some type of Formosan mountain dog or terrier?
