Meet Valentine, the sweet little heartthrob who’s equal parts wiggle, wonder, and love. Valentine greets his people with happy face boops, gentle hugs, and the kind of affectionate lean that says,“You’re my favorite human already.” If kisses were currency, this handsome boy would be a millionaire. Valentine loves getting out and about, taking in the world one curious step at a time. He enjoys meeting new doggy neighbors with friendly tail wags and playful twirls, and he’s happiest when he has a person nearby to share the moment with. Whether he’s strolling along, checking out the sights and sounds, or coming over for a quick cuddle break, Valentine keeps the love flowing wherever he goes. True to his name, Valentine is all heart. This gentle, affectionate guy lights up with attention and is happiest when he’s close to his people—leaning in for pets, offering sweet kisses, and soaking up every bit of love he can. Do you have time and room in your life for a foster dog? http://www.muttloverescue.org/foster.html *****************   Snoopy was surrendered by his family through no fault of his own.  He came to Mutts after being treated for a terrible, painful ear infection.  We are getting to know Snoopy and will update his bio.  On first meeting, he is friendly and gets along with other dogs.  A home without young children is preferred.  Snoopy is about 5 years old and weighs about 25 pounds.  **BECAUSE OF OUR REQUIREMENT FOR A HOME VISIT, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ADOPT TO HOMES IN THE NORTHERN VA / MARYLAND / DC METRO AREA** We have adoption events EVERY SATURDAY from 12-3 p.m. Please note that not all dogs can attend every event, so if you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please complete a no-obligation application on our website at http://www.muttloverescue.org/application.html OR write to adopt@muttloverescue.org. Shae is a sweet young lass. She's a big more tentative around new things than her brother, Simon, but warms up quickly. She likes to sit on your lap, in fact, she'd like nothing better than to cuddle on your lap while watching TV.  Shae would like to be your new BFF. As she did not learn about sharing in school, she would do best as an only dog in the household.  Shae comes to us from a shelter in rural southwestern Virginia. Shae and her brother, Simon, as well as their father, were seized from their owner for neglect (starvation). An anonymous donor has become Shae's Guardian Angel, in memory of her wonderful Bosnian street dog, Chloe. Gender:  Female DOB: Approx. 12/1/2023 Current size; 21 pounds PLEASE NOTE:  we only adopt to residents of the DC metro area, which includes DC, Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties in MD, and Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun Counties in VA.
