Meet Shawna! 🖤 This girl is pure sunshine wrapped in fur — just look at that smile! Her sweet, expressive eyes and happy-go-lucky grin could melt even the coldest heart. Shawna’s the kind of dog who makes every day brighter just by being in it. She’s a 1-year-old Border Collie/Heeler mix who’s super affectionate, snuggly, and will flash that irresistible grin the moment you rub her belly. Shawna is playful and full of fun, puppy energy. She does great on leash and in the car, making her the perfect little adventure buddy. She’s friendly and loves kids and other dogs, though she’ll need a feline-free home as her instincts may lead her to chase them. Smart as can be, Shawna is already housebroken and eager to please. She’s spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find her forever family — one that loves smiles, snuggles, and spontaneous tail wags as much as she does. 💕 RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the Pennsylvania/ New England/ Virginia area and delivered in Pennsylvania, Virginia and RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. Shae is a sweet young lass. She's a big more tentative around new things than her brother, Simon, but warms up quickly. She likes to sit on your lap.  Shae would like to be your new BFF She needs to learn puppy manners. Shae comes to us from a shelter in rural southwestern Virginia. Shae and her brother, Simon, as well as their father, were seized from their owner for neglect (starvation). An anonymous donor has become Shae's Guardian Angel, in memory of her wonderful Bosnian street dog, Chloe. Meet Kipper and Oatmeal. This brother and sister duo are precious. They are neutered/spayed, 7 yrs, and 44/30 lbs of Border Collie mix sweetness. Kip & Otay are great on leash, housetrained and eager to please. They love people, other dogs and have lived with cats This bonded pair will need a home where their people are around for the bulk of the day. We can't say enough about these two. They are the consummate huggers and will snuggle their way into your heart. The adoption fee for this pair is $500.00 which includes routine vetting and spay/neuter.
