Daisy is a 2-year-old Border Collie/Pit Bull mix, born on Valentine's Day (2/14/23), and she's as loving as her birthday suggests. Full of playful energy and affection, she adores fetch, sunbathing, and snuggling on the couch. Daisy knows commands like sit, down, and shake, and while her recall still needs work, she's smart, attentive, and eager to learn with the right person. She can be reactive to new people, animals, and noises, and she's still building confidence on leash. Positive reinforcement has helped her make progress. Due to conflict with our other dog, we believe Daisy would thrive as the only pet in a calm, adult-only home. Kids tend to make her anxious, likely due to her herding instincts. I adopted Filo in March 2025. There was just something about him that drew me to him. I live alone with him and he has become very protective of me. My family is moving to the Azle area at the beginning of Nov. to live with me, and I feel it would be best to rehome him since he has been overly protective of me when they are around. They do not feel safe around him and I have two young grandsons that I have to put first. I believe he would be a good dog for a family of one, or a family that can give him more time than I can. He is 4 to 5 years old.
