Story
When was found abandoned on the streets. She was very fearful. She has really come out of her shell since she’s been here. She was alone and starving but now she’s sweet and her belly is full. She loves to be around people. She seems fine around other dogs as well. Poor Gwen. She went to the vet and possibly has cancer. She needs a hospice type home. *** She has been transferred to PAWS in white settlement***

Story
🐾 Meet Max! 🐾 Max was found as a stray, but you’d never know it by how sweet and playful he is! 💙 🖤 People think he might be a border collie mix — we just know he’s 100% adorable. About 1 year old, Max is still full of puppy energy. He LOVES to play with his ball ⚽️, hang out both inside and outside (when it’s not too hot!), and sleeps comfortably in his crate at night. 🐶 Gets along great with other dogs and has never growled at people or his furry friends. He’s still learning to walk on a leash, but he’s smart and eager to please. ✨ Fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped — Max is ready to find his forever home! 👉 Adopt Max and give this playful pup the loving life he deserves: https://linktr.ee/pawprintsofhoperescue 📢 Please share to help Max find his people! 💞

Story
Baron is a gentle giant and a truly gorgeous Australian Shepherd. He weighs about 42 pounds, is neutered, fully vaccinated, and ready to find the right forever home. Baron enjoys the simple things in life. He loves playing in water, spending time with other dogs, and chewing on his toys. He is both house trained and kennel trained, and he walks well on a leash. Baron is a chewer, so he will need plenty of appropriate chew toys to keep him occupied and away from furniture or walls. Baron gets along very well with other dogs and really enjoys their company. While he loves playing with canine friends, he is not the outgoing, overly affectionate type with people. If you are looking for a super bubbly, “happy-go-lucky” dog who instantly loves everyone, Baron may not be the best match. He is more of an introvert who takes time to feel comfortable. Once Baron gets to know you and spends time with you, he will form a strong bond. He is a loyal companion for someone who understands his personality and is willing to go at his pace. Baron can be a little wary of men, though he does not show any aggression. He simply needs patience and time to build trust, and it may take him a bit longer to bond with men than with women. Baron would do best with a patient family who understands that adjustment takes time. When he leaves his foster home, he can become a little sad or withdrawn at first, but with kindness, consistency, and patience, he will settle in and learn that his new home is a safe place. If you’re looking for a loyal companion and are willing to give Baron the time and space he needs to blossom, he will reward you with a lifelong bond. 🐾 Baron is being fostered in LA FERIA, TX. His adoption fee of $350 will cover his transport cost in TX.
