Story
Meet Luna (aka Lu!) Luna is an approximately 3-year-old, roughly 47-pound bundle of personality, happiness, and love who's ready to find her forever family! If you're looking for a smart, active dog who can keep up with your adventures but also happily curl up beside you at the end of the day, Luna might be your perfect match. Why You'll Love Luna: Luna is the total package. She is playful, active, incredibly intelligent, and guaranteed to make you laugh with her goofy personality. She loves being around her people and never misses an opportunity to sneak in a kiss or ask for extra pets. While Luna loves to stay busy and be active, she also has a more chill, cuddly side. Her foster mom occasionally works from home and says Luna is the perfect office buddy, happily relaxing nearby while she works. She's fully house trained and crate trained, and she sees her crate is her safe place. Just tell her "bed," and she'll happily run right in! Her foster family states she may whine for a minute or two when you leave, but she settles quickly and is happy to relax until you're home. Luna is also dog friendly and absolutely loves playing with the other dog in her foster home (she has only lived with medium/large dogs that we know of). Because she enjoys canine companionship so much, she'd love a playful dog sibling in her forever home. Luna already knows her basic commands and is eager to learn more. She catches on quickly and truly enjoys training. Puzzle toys, games, new tricks, and anything that challenges her mind are right up her alley. Her Perfect Home: Luna is an athletic, high-energy girl who needs a family committed to giving her plenty of exercise and mental enrichment. She'll do best in a home with: -A fenced yard to run and play (no apartments, please) -An active owner who enjoys walks, hikes, etc. -A playful canine companion (preferred, but not required) -Older kids or dog savvy kids preferred, as she does occasionally jump when excited to see you -Someone excited to continue her training and help her reach her full potential Luna is loyal, loving, and full of life. She's looking for a family that will embrace her playful spirit, continue helping her learn, and give her all the love she deserves. If you're ready for an adventurous and loyal best friend who will keep you smiling every day, Luna is waiting to meet you! Apply to adopt at acesplacerescue.org/adoptionprocess

Story
Meet Bruno 🐾 Bruno is an 8-month-old puppy who has been part of my family since he was just 2 months old. He is one of the most loving and affectionate dogs you'll ever meet, especially with the people who show him love and kindness. Unfortunately, my life has changed, and I'll be moving to another country. After giving it a lot of thought, I know that relocating Bruno would be the best option for him. My only wish is to find someone who will love him as much as I do, take great care of him, and be patient with him. Even though he's almost a year old, he's still very much a puppy—full of curiosity, energy, and so much love to give. Bruno is a happy, playful dog who wakes up every day excited for new adventures, especially walks to the park. He loves playing with his toys, exploring the world around him, and curling up for a nap on the couch—especially if someone is nearby to keep him company. Bruno has a heart full of love and happiness, and he deserves a family who will cherish.

Story
“These dogs were originally kept as puppies when we found them, but they have grown into large young adults and now require more space and resources than I can reasonably provide. My yard is no longer adequate for their size and activity level, and I want to ensure they have the room, attention, and quality of life they deserve. This decision is being made in their best interest so they can find homes better suited to their needs.”

These pups are in Colleyville, Texas too!

Story
Foster home needed in DFW! Chrissy is a very sweet girl who has spent her life chained up in "tent city" Dallas, but surrendered to our rescue a few months ago, right before giving birth to 12 puppies! Her puppies are now weaned, Chrissy is now spayed, though she is in need of a foster home in DFW. She's also available for adoption, and would love to find her forever home! Chrissy is SUPER sweet and snuggly, loves to play and chase squirrels, enjoys napping on the couch with her person, running in the backyard. Chrissy is a "people person" and gets very attached, quickly. If interested in fostering/adopting, please fill out either form online: www.salvagedsoulspetrescue.org

Story
My name is Fiona and I am a sweet bundle of energy! I am a very loyal companion who wants all your attention and absolutely love children! Although I sometimes have to be reminded not to jump I’m getting better at that. I am not a fan of cats when they run. It makes me want to chase them. I am more fond of women sometimes men can scare me at first, but once I get to know them and with a few treats I’ll be your best friend. I enjoy being around dogs. Except I don’t care for dogs with high energy like me. It makes me nervous. I really love to go on runs and I love my toys...I love chew toys. I do better in my crate after I’ve had plenty of exercise and if you have dogs at home meeting them first would make me feel better. I absolutely love water. My foster mom bought me my own kiddy pool and it’s my favorite thing to do besides following around my foster mama. I’ve been living with two children, age two and seven and I love my foster kids. When I finally am awake I am a big cuddle bug. I like to give hugs and kisses if you let me, I am a big baby with a huge heart of gold! I love to talk/bark when I get excited my tail wags like crazy and I will do spins in circles to show you how cute and smart I am. I catch on pretty quickly to routines and overall just want to be around my people. I know my perfect home is out there and would love to meet you to see if you are the one. I'm almost 2 yrs old, and weigh approximately 40 pounds. Puppy kisses Fiona ♥️ 🐾 If interested in adopting Fiona, please fill out our adoption application: info@salvagedsoulspetrescue.org.
