Rex loves running, chasing, and herding. He even encourages his canine housemate to play by nipping at his heels! He’s incredibly enthusiastic but hasn’t quite mastered personal space or understanding his own size. He can accidentally knock over small children, so a home with adults or older kids would be best. Rex is neutered, comfortable in his kennel, and generally house-trained, with occasional excitement-related accidents. He lives with another dog, but his compatibility with unfamiliar dogs is unknown. His ideal home would be with someone experienced with high-energy or herding breeds who can provide plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and consistent training. Kiwi is a fast learner and will adapt to a new home quickly.We love her very much and are committed to finding her a good home.She sleeps well out-of-crate, on a dog bed in our personal room but may want a crate if not kept close by. We have not tried keeping her crated as there has been no need to. She is house-trained and almost fully trained on chewing only toys/bones of her own. Loves running, great exercise partner.Has not yet been spayed.We will send her to her new home with all toys, bones, harness and food that she has available

Meet Olive, this adorable sweetheart is 9 months old and 23 pounds. Our best guess is that she's a cattle dog mixed with a Carolina dog. Full grown we think she will be about 30lb. She was dumped on a dirt road with nothing in site for miles so a Good Samaritan took her in until she could get vetted and adopted. She is currently being fostered with a cat and another dog. Olive is a very lovable girl that will be a loyal companion. She walks good on a leash and is crate trained. She enjoys her little dog pool and loves to play. She is still working on potty training but with a family with a steady routine she will pick up quickly. She is a very intelligent dog and highly trainable. She is fully vaccinated, spayed, heartworm negative - she has been given a pro-heart 6 injection so she will be good on heartworm prevention for a while, and she also just received a 3 month bravecto for fleas/ticks. Olive is ready for her forever family! Note: We always respond first to inquiries that tell us something about your living situation (house, apartment, single, family, etc.) and why you want this dog. My adoption fee has been sponsored by a lovely donor, so I am FREE to go home! Feel free to visit me at the animal shelter Monday through Friday 11 AM to 5PM and Saturdays 10 AM to 2PM.With a gorgeous fluffy coat and big expressive eyes, I’ve got a look as striking as my namesake. I’m the kind of dog people stop and stare at, in the best way.I’ve got moderate energy, happy with a good backyard romp but just as content to settle in afterward. I’m an affectionate girl at heart, and I warm right up to new people. I’ve got great house manners too. I haven’t spent time with kids yet, but I’d love the chance to be part of a family.
