Meet Kama! Kama came into the Shelter after her previous guardian was unable to continue caring with her. Kama lived in a home with 3 year old and 11 year old children previously and did well. She is still perfecting house training so adopters should be patient in the transition and work with positive reinforcement based training to help her learn life skills and manners. When first arriving at the shelter, she was very shut down but she did open up after a period of time. Staff have observed that she is easy to handle all over and leans in for pets. In her previous home, her favorite activites were running, fetch, hikes and playing in the creek. Kama seems to be a bit undersocialized with dogs. A home with a neutral, dog savvy dog may be a fit provided they meet at the Shelter prior to adoption. Kama enjoyed riding in the car in her previous home and is ready to be your passenger princess.

Looks like: Boxer, German Shepherd, Golden Retriever Mix Male, 8 years old (estimated), 71 pounds Meet the dog with the world's biggest heart! Hank has tons of love to share in the form of cuddles, snuggles, and adoration for his family. Hank refuses to pick favorites-in fact, he's a fan of yours already! He has excellent manners-no jumping up when saying hello, never begging, and asking permission before getting onto a bed or couch. Hank would be happiest in a house where folks have deep reserves of affection ready to share with him. This energetic boy will need people who welcome a dog with spirit, strength, and passions: car rides, long walks, hikes, and fetch (only the best game in the world). He has shown some dog reactivity while on leash, but with reminders and training he's already showing signs of improvement. He has successfully lived with cats in the past, but would require a gradual introduction with any new kitty friends. He admits that his natural inclination is to chase cats (squirrels are also kind of irresistible). Hank sometimes protects his resources when he settles into a home. He would be best in a home as a solo dog or with a pup who is happy to share toys and chews and won't be bothered by Hank's miserly tendencies at times! We don't know yet how Hank would do with children. Hank's dream situation would include humans of his very own to love, squeaky toys, and a yard. Hank's DNA results show that he's a Super Mutt Mix! He's 50% Boxer mixed with German Shepherd, Golden Retriever and Border Collie. Hank was surrendered to us because his senior guardian was no longer able to care for him.

Hello! My birth name is Adonis but my family calls me Mr Bubs. I am a sweet, silly 1 year old boxer. I am good with dogs, cats, kids and love to cuddle with my people. I am 95% couch potato and 5% zoomer! I am good on leash with my front clip harness and house trained. I need extra strength chew toys because I love to rip the stuffing out! I make a fantastic companion, road buddy. lm looking for a home with a friend that I can spend my time with when my pawrents arent home. We are looking for a home that is willing to keep in contact so we know he will be safe and in good hands.

💎 Meet Ruby 💎 Ruby is an extremely sweet and loving girl. She loves her people so deeply and isn’t biased on who gets her love! A giant bucket of pure joy! She loves to chew her toys and chase them when thrown for her! With proper introductions- she happily lives with dogs! She does get overwhelmed with young children so we think it’s best that kids are older. She is crate trained, potty trained and knows basic commands. The parts we know of her past is heartbreaking! She was rescued from the kill list at Devour Animal Shelter. She was obviously used as a breeder dog who had many litters with the c section scars to prove it! Her back leg muscles were weak and she had urine burns which means she didn’t get time out of a crate besides being bred. Due to her past, she takes time to trust that other dogs are her friends. Ruby is a strong girl so will be looking for a home that will continue her training and treat her like the princess she is! She is also a very much a couch potato who is always willing to have a long snuggle! Ruby has been vaccinated, microchipped and fixed! She is ready for her new home! Ruby is about 4 years old.
