Adoption fee: $650 Meet Hi-C — A Refreshing Reason to Fall in Love Born in the shelter but raised in the safety of our rescue to adorable Mama Sunny D, a petite, low-rider Pittie mix, Hi-C has spent his entire life surrounded by love, good care, and plenty of opportunities to grow into a confident, happy pup. Now, at 4 months old and weighing somewhere around 25 pounds, he's ready to trade the nursery for a forever home. His days begin bright and early around 7 a.m. with a potty break outside before digging into his favorite Nulo puppy breakfast. Since growing puppies work up quite an appetite, he enjoys meals every 3–4 hours throughout the day before spending his time doing what puppies do best: playing, wrestling, exploring, collecting toys, greeting visitors, and occasionally crashing for an adorable nap. He spends his days roaming the barn with plenty of enrichment and has been raised alongside adult dogs and cats, making him a respectful housemate in the making. By about 9 p.m., he's happily tucked into bed after another adventure-filled day. I may not see you well because close objects are like shadows and a little blurry to me, but I know you are there. I get along well with all the cats and dogs in my foster home. However, I am not too good with children because a lot of time kids either approach me too fast or gather around me, which makes me so scared that I have to give a warning snap. However, every once in a while, I have accidents because anxiety gets the best of me when I realize my foster dad has not been home for a while. Seeking foster, foster to adopt or adopter. Charlie was suffering from a blocked urethra and painful bladder stones, and his owner faced the difficult decision to euthanize him or surrender him. The amazing staff at @MedVet Emergency Clinic contacted us so he could get the lifesaving care he needed. We immediately stepped in. Thanks to our incredible vet team, Charlie was unblocked, had his bladder stones removed, and also underwent NARES surgery and a soft palate resection so he can finally breathe easier. He was also treated for double ear infections and allergies. If you're looking for a super chill, oversized lapdog that loves cuddles, Charlie is your boy! He is adorable, loves all people, and is great with dogs of all sizes. He patiently puts up with his 15lb three-legged puppy foster sister and has made doggy friends everywhere he goes. He is super affectionate and loving. He is just an easy-going dude that likes to eat, play, chew toys, and then take long naps. He is a hilarious, big-bulldozer-of-a dog who unintentionally rearranges furniture and snores like a grown man. We have a ramp set up so he can walk up to the couch, and he would happily spend all of his time with his head or most of his body on you while you relax and binge-watch your favorite shows. He is the definition of a couch potato. Charlie is an absolute big hunk of love! He has been shuffled around too many times in his life through no fault of his own, and he absolutely deserves a loving home to comfortably live out his golden years. How were they? not tested Commands they know? not sure, maybe "be cute" and "sit". What are their favorite things? squeaky toys, people, kids, dogs, meals, cuddles What do they need to work on? nothing! He's such an easy boy How are they when left alone? How long have they been left alone? Great. He happily sleeps in his crate. We have not had to leave him for more than 3 hours Where do they sleep? Crate What is their ideal home? Charlie would love humans who give him lots of love and affection. He could live in almost any environment. He is super low maintenance. With some big comfy beds and a few toys, he could happily nap the day away. The Adoption fee is $325.
