After much thought and many tears, I have made the difficult decision to find a loving new home for my dog, Debo. This decision is not because of a lack of love quite the opposite. Beauregard (a.k.a Beau Boy) ma be a senior at nine years old, but he still has so much love and energy to give. He has been with us his entire life. His origins are unknown (most likely an unregistered breeder) but we are 99% sure that he is purebred boxer. He is on the smaller size at 55lbs, and he is intact. He has had a low grade mast cell tumor for 3 years, just one on his trunk. Beau is very cuddly and sweet and has always been eager to please. He's smart and loves to practice tricks and solve puzzles for treats. He is a blast, and is content to nap all afternoon after a round of fetch or tug. He is great with kids, dogs, and cats. He is housebroken and trained with a front lead harness. He needs a home that has the financial resources to provide him with regular veterinary care for his cancer and has the time and love to spare to give him the golden years he deserves. He would be a perfect fit for someone with experience with senior dogs.
