Hes crate trained and potty trained, knows basic commands like sit, and is very treat motivated, making him a fun and eager companion to work with.<br/><br/>Crew has been dog friendly and previously did well playing with other dogs, though he especially enjoys physical play, so he may be best suited for a home without senior dogs. He has a higher energy level and loves bouncing around with his toys, hopping on them with pure joy. Abandoned at a boarding facility, Crew quickly won over the hearts of the staff there and continues to do the same now - hes becoming a fast staff favorite thanks to his sweet, affectionate nature.<br/><br/>On walks, Crew is friendly with everyone he meets and soaks up attention wherever he goes. I love running, playing, and exploring, but Im just as happy curling up for cozy naps and spending time with my people. <br/><br/>I am a high energy fella looking for some friends who would like to take me on long walks/hikes, play fetch and tug! My dream home would be with an active family who are ready to play, explore, and give me lots of attention. A big, fenced yard would be amazing! I could use a a safe space where I can stretch my legs, chase toys, and just have fun. When the fun time is over, I am great at settling down with a nice Kong treat and an afternoon nap.<br/><br/>I would do best with an experienced dog owner, who understands how to wrangle an high-energy fella like myself. Prue is a 3-year-old pit terrier mix born on February 15, 2023. She is potty trained and knows how to ring a bell when she needs to go outside. She loves to go for runs with me, play fetch, cuddle, and give lots and lots of kisses. Prue plays well with other dogs in daycare and when she's boarded, but is becoming more territorial of her human. I have another dog and Prue would do better in a house where she's the only dog and can be the Queen. She also has food aggression and should not be around another animal when food is present. I also trained her to sit and wait until I say “Go ahead” before she eats. She is on a regular schedule and knows when it's time to eat, when to "brush her teeth" (she gets a Dentastix every night), and when it's time to go to sleep. She is also familiar with the word "timeout" since we used it many times during her training. She loves her chew toys and looking out the front window.
