🥤🍊 Meet Pepsi & Fanta 🍊🥤 Bonded Sisters | 7 & 11 Years Old | Looking for a Home Together Some dogs are friends. These two are family. Pepsi (7) and Fanta (10) are a beautiful bonded pair who balance each other perfectly. Pepsi, with her stunning tri-color hound coat, is playful, curious, and loves to explore. Fanta, wearing her gorgeous brindle coat, is gentle, laid back, and happiest when she’s close to her person. Where one goes, the other isn’t far behind. Pepsi may take a moment to warm up, but once she does, she’s friendly and fun-loving. She enjoys running, walks, and stretching out in the sunshine. Fanta is a steady, sweet soul who will quietly follow her favorite human from room to room, simply because she loves being near. She’s calm and kind, but still enjoys playtime and outdoor adventures. Both girls are: Housebroken Crate trained Dog friendly (Pepsi does best with slow introductions) Good with children Comfortable meeting new people Know “sit” and “paw” They love sunbathing, exploring the yard, going for walks, and then relaxing together after a day well spent. They truly complement one another — playful energy paired with gentle devotion. Bonded pairs are special. They offer built-in companionship, double the love, and the comfort of a lifelong friend by their side. Pepsi and Fanta have that kind of connection, and they’re hoping to find a forever home where they can stay together. If you’re ready for two sweet, soulful girls who will fill your home with warmth, loyalty, and love — Pepsi and Fanta are waiting. 🧡🐾

Story
Hi everyone! So my friends at Joliet Township Animal Control said I needed to introduce myself to the internet world to see if I can boost my visibility here. I keep hearing over and over that I am the longest resident of 125 plus days. Let me tell you my story.Back in December, I was looking about in a neighborhood for some shelter from the cold and found someone`s back porch. They luckily called animal control and I was scooped up by a female officer that put me in her warm van with a blanket. We took a quick ride to this big facility, where I was greeted by a team of smiles faces and treats. They were examining me and said I was skinny, dirty (how rude!), and needed a bath. After a few pokes of some vaccines, they gave me a warm bath and a soft blanket in my kennel and I felt RELIEVED. It`s been a minute since I have had a bowl of food and warm and somewhere soft to lay down. Days past and adoption day finally came and I was thrilled! I could not wait to start meeting new families! As time went on, people came and went and I was puzzled as to why I was never chosen... I met several families with kids and I showered them with kisses and affection. I met couples and I showed them how fun I could be with toys. I sat patiently for treats and gently took them from their hands. But it wasn`t enough and days and days passed and my kennel walls became my new home...I was originally fine with dogs and loved to play but my stress became unbearable. Hearing 25+ dogs in a room constantly would drive you nuts too. So right now, I`m looking to be your one and only and I would say that I promise to be all that you need! Thank goodness for the staff and volunteers here. They love to keep me busy with long walks, treats, and peanut butter frisbees (my favorite). You can always know where I am because the staff always greet me with a loud `SIDDDDDDDDDYYYY` and I repay them with my shimmy of my butt and tail wags. I just can`t get enough of it and loves to wet them with a kiss. I hope you all share my story and help me find my forever home. I was in roughhhh shape when I came in and I just need a chance. Feel free to check out my full adoption memo at https://www.joliettownshipanimalcontrol.net/adopt/Call my friends at JTAC for details or stop by to see me! I`ll be waiting!
